Paul was recommended by a friend. His company installed a mini-split system for our basement. Despite limited options, our install turned out better than expected based on his recommendations. Great care was taken to minimize disruption inside and out. Excellent work and professionalism.
The Goodman system seems to work fine, but I couldn't even get a paid receipt to apply for rebates with the city. So needless to say, I'm out a few hundred dollars because dude doesn't want to send a receipt.
Joyce 6/28/22 The HVAC Doc LLC is the best I've used. I called Brandi from a referral. We made an appointment for the next week because I was busy on the day she recommended. I found out my plans changed and I was available. I texted Brandi that night to see if she could come the next day. Oh my, her response was "I can have someone there in the morning after his first appointment". You talk about being thankful and completely happy. Vince arrived, diagnosed the issues then worked till my unit worked! This was the best service I've had since I lived in my house. No doubt Brandi runs a business that cares about the end customer and focuses on their needs. Vince knew exactly what needed his attention, he showed it to me and went to work. It wasn't an hour before I felt that cool fresh breeze in my home. So fast and efficient. Thank you, Brandi!
Paul came over and was a real professional. He had the unit diagnosed and the problem repaired in no time allowing the A/C to kick on and cool down the house while he checked over the rest of the system. Stand up Guy will use agian!!!!!
Paul was so great! He came out and gave us an estimate that was very reasonable compared to other. Their non electric back up sump pump is great and we would recommend them to anyone!
Absolutely the best HVAC Repair and Plumbers I have ever used. I had more than a few issues with a new house I recently purchased. They were very honest and took care of all my issues. What they did for me: Plumbing Unclogged 3 drains in the master bath Tightened my super loose kitchen sink faucet Heating Repair Found that the previous home owner did not wire the upstairs thermostat correctly, so the AC and Heat were fighting each other. Had no idea and was paying a hefty electric bill. They also found that the previous owner hadn't changed the air filters in forever. Heating/AC to my garage. I work out of my garage and it was starting to get pretty cold. They helped me get new duct work setup from my existing system so that I know have heat and AC in garage. It works amazing. I shopped around, they gave me a great rate and incredible customer service. Ill never use another service for my plumbing or HVAC needs.
