I’m very happy with the service provided. I was in need of an a/c replacement and glad I reached out to HVAC Depot. On July 4th, I set up an appointment online for the 5th on the afternoon. I didn’t expect any communication on that day, however, Vladimir reached out to me the same day. I answered all his questions and he was able to provide me a quote the same day. The next day he came over for the appointment and went over everything in detail. I received other quotes and was expecting the same approach I got for the other companies. However, it was a pleasant to talk to him. He explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. There is no upsale tactics; prices are reasonable and gave us priority since our system was down. Unlike the other companies we reached out to. My new system is up an running and we are very pleased with the installation plus cleanup after they were done. I decided to reach out to them because of the excellent Google reviews. My experience was inline with the reviews. Vladimir is very knowledgeable, professional, upfront, thorough and detail.
The technician arrived quickly and then promptly began working so we could have cool air. I found him to be extremely friendly and knowledgeably about HVAC systems. He patiently answered my many silly questions. I felt his costs were very fair and competitive. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and I am sure I will use him again myself.
Vladimir is THE man. Not only did he come after- hours (around 9pm), he came with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He explained every step he took in fixing our unit. This is the second time Vlad has helped us with our AC. First time after a hurricane and just recently after our outside condenser unit decided to die. He was extremely fair, professional, and timely. While others told us we had to replace our entire system, Vlad was able, as a certified dealer, to work out a warranty exchange with the manufacturer and charge us a fair rate vs 3 other companies. Will continue to call if any issues arise.

I am very pleased with the provided service. Vladimir could detect the leak in the evaporator that previous technicians from Del- Air and other contractors couldn't. By repairing the leaking pipe, he helped me to avoid costly replacement of the whole evaporator. The work has been done professionally and on time. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend him.
Vladimir knows what he does. He is very thorough and detailed. He provided with a complete health report after maintenance of the unit. The report outlined what needs to be done and at what timeline. His quotes are easy to understand and don’t have any hidden items. On a separate occasion he performed a warranty repair of the other unit. The process was smooth and fast. Not only Vladimir repairs ACs but he also educates owners about use and maintenance of the systems.

A timely and professional service. Quickly arrived as scheduled. No upsale tactics, consigned diagnosis. Vlad visually inspected the control parts for signs of corrosion, deterioration and malfunction. Tested operating parameters and quickly resolved the issue.. He also proposed a new thermostat and replaced existing in a timely manner. Thank you. Will deal with you again!

Found HVAC Depot on Angies List, sent an inquiry and Vladimir called me before I got off the website, Came that day, worked on my 20 year old home unit, Fixed that day. Unfortunately the unit was beyond repair,. 2 days later we signed a contract, and his employees came today and put in a new 4 ton unit, now home is cool with a new unit within one week. ONE WEEK! DONE! No waiting around for someone to call or show up. Good company.
On Tuesday October 29th during regular busy day in the office my A/C unit decided to died!! It was very difficult or almost impossible to find someone who'll be able to come to you in the afternoon. I've heard about HVAC Depot and Vladimir and decided to call I was amused how immediately he was able to respond( same day). Today October 30th before noon!!!!. It was up and COOLING.!!!!!! I am fortunate to find professional like him.

So glad I found this company! I have had many issues with my AC and pipes since I moved into a two story townhouse. For the last two years, I had many companies coming and checking the pipes but never actually helping with the problem. I called Vladimir, he came and walked me through the entire process and he was extremely upfront and knowledgeable every step of the way while fixing it. I had a great experience with this company. We had issues with our AC unit and Vladimir was super responsive to my request, he scheduled my appointment fast and fix our problem same day. It was 90 degrees outside and I have a small kid in my house. I can’t find enough words how thankful I am. He saved our weekend, he was very professional, very responsive, and super sweet. Highly recommend!

I have used couple times this company and i can say just good things about their services from start to finish Vladimir was very responsive and patient he explained everything and recommend the best option to solve the problem with the broken ac,everything was done in one day,Vladimir and he’s crew came to my house first thing in the morning and brought the new ac unit and tools to replace the old one,the main problem was that my ac it’s on the roof and the only way to replace it was to bring the crane and move it on the other side of the roof and place it to the right spot, it’s was pretty difficult but they made it and I’m very glad ! By the noon the ac was replaced and now everything it’s working great so I wanna say thank you very much for your help Vladimir! I will recommend your services to friends and family! If you’re looking for honest and licensed AC company then call this guys and you will be 💯 % satisfied I guarantee!
Recently had to change AC in my town house. Called few companies and these guys had the best prices. So, I hired them. Best decision!!!
