Our dryer needed repair. I called and Matt came the next day to fix it. He took it apart and explained the problem, showing what went wrong. He had all the parts needed and fixed it on the spot. That was three weeks ago, it's been working well since then.
Matt took did a great job, clearly taking pride in his work. He was able to quickly identify our issue and give us options on how to fix it.
Matt took care of our water supply lining to our refrigerator. He was extremely professional and such a kind soul!

This is a family owned business and I have been totally impressed with them. They came soon for our refrigerator repair, came back with a new part and even called in between to check on us! They were very caring, professional, and did excellent work! Alexis a real sweetheart! I can’t say enough good about them, they are the best!!!
I wish I could give this company a NO star review but as that is unavailable I will have to settle for a 1. Seeing a good review on Next Door we decided on good faith to give Appliance 911 a shot as our washer was filling and emptying slowly. BIG mistake! 1 month of being washer-less because of a technicians error (which happens and we were graceful and patient the day and weeks leading up to today) My mother was called rude, disrespectful, a red flag customer and a “Karen” for not wanting to argue with the owner and simply inquiring about a part that was in transit and has been for “weeks.” I don’t know about you but I don’t think customer service should be simply based on excuses, lack of accountability, and end in unnecessary name calling. But what do I know? Save yourself the headache and use another company.
Matt replaced a valve in our washing machine. He was on-time and professional.
Matt was awesome! Very honest with us on what needed to be fixed and was extremely efficient with helping us get our refrigerator fixed. We would definitely recommend him and 911 appliance to others. We will use them in the future.

Evaporator freezing up. Mat came out and got working, then came back next week to install additional heat unit. Explained everything, cleaned up, very professional.

Matt is very knowledgeable and efficient. He had the problem diagnosed and confirmed in minutes. After getting the part the next morning, quickly had the 17yo fridge working again.
