Mr. Hurt came out and educated my husband on the unit needed for our house. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Even with the heat spike in the area he gave a quote and did the installation in a timely fashion. He came when he said he was and was very professional. Started and finished in the same day. Would recommend to everyone!
Antrown was VERY responsive and made sure to call back even during the middle of doing a job. He came same-day to do an inspection and quote and also installed same-day after getting the HVAC unit. He and his associate were very polite and would ask questions and permission for everything. The old unit was taken out and the new one was put in with a new thermostat in about 4-hrs and they also sweeped up after themselves. He is also friendly and up-front and there was no up-selling which I appreciated. Just next time, please don't walk on the carpeted floors and step on the shower bathmat with your Tims. It was not necessary for the upper bedroom area floor.
My AC unit had some bare wires showing and the insulation needed replacing. I contacted Hurt and he quickly responded to my email. His team was at my home two days later and they were able to resolve my issues quickly. I would highly recommend their service and will be using again for future needs!

The Hurt Heating and Air team was amazing. They were able to come by on Friday when I called up for an estimate, by Monday night the project was completely done. I had my HVAC replaced and the ducts and vents were either replaced or sealed. Everything is under the crawl space in my house and they were under there for multiple hours making sure everything was perfect. They double checked all the vents when the job was done and honestly the AC has never worked better. On top of the fantastic quality the price was 1/4 of what Woodfin’s estimate was to do all this and took half the time. In this world where contractors don’t show up or they don’t live up to the expectations, folks like the Hurt team are 1 in a million. Thank you so so much!
Antrown is professional, efficient and personable (yes, this matters). He came once to help out another company that was servicing my units and made such an impact that I now call only him to do the servicing on our units. Stop reading this and call Antrown if you’re looking for great quality. You will not be settling for less. A true professional.
I can't recommend Antrown Hurt of Hurt Heating and Air enough. He is extremely competent and takes time to explain the work needed and options. He diagnosed and repaired a failed compressor and also corrected an incomplete thermostat connection completed by another company earlier in the Sumner (they did not connect the emergency heat properly). I plan to hire Antrown for all of my HVAC needs going forward.

Great hassle-free customer service. He was upfront, honest, and very knowledgeable. He was patient, showed and explained everything to me and answered any and all of my questions. I most definitely will only be dealing with him for any future needs & checkups.
Mr Hurt improved my air flow by installing a zone damper kit which turned out to be an affordable alternative than a 2nd unit and followed up the next day. He's very professional.
After researching multiple HVAC service providers (large & small) to help with ordering and installing my broken HVAC system, I believe I was divinely led to Hurt's Heating and Air. Mr. Antrown, responded to my call, questioned the concerns and immediate started diagnosing probable issues, provided a time to investigate the issue (within 12hrs). 1st indication of professionalism, he arrived as scheduled. To my much surprise, he was a younger man with experienced years of knowledge. He walked me through the entire investigation with patience explaining required work in order to get be back up and running efficiently. Unlike other companies who were offering a 3-4 weeks backlog in the middle of 100 degree temps, Antrown had me up and running in 3 days all including site survey, ordering system and installation (complete HVAC system installation). I will continue to use Hurt's services for future maintenance and other HVAC needs.
