Tech was very knowledgeable, and saved us thousands of dollars with his thorough troubleshooting. This is the only company I'll use from now on for HVAC.
When I have a need for heating and air conditioning help I will definitely call Affordable Heating and Air. They did a great job and made sure I knew what was happening. Very professional.

Tyler and Cody did a great job! Would recommend them to anyone. Honest, hardworking and down to earth guys. Within a day or two of my call they not only got my 26yr old furnace running again just before a subzero winter storm but Tyler patiently explained everything and showed me exactly why it would probably need to be replaced sooner rather than later. No gimmicky sales pitch or pushy attitudes. I asked them for a quote and they gave me such a good deal on a quality Amana furnace that I also had enough left for them to install an A/C unit at the same time. Two days. It only took these guys (both US Marine vets btw) two days to install both units and have them up and running. That's customer service that you rarely see anymore. Don't waste your time calling anyone else!

I recommend Affordable Heating and Air for service and repair. Not only did the technician Tyler Z. find what was wrong with our furnace quickly, but he was able to find a replacement part for our furnace right away. Although there was a slight delay in shipping of the part, when it arrived, Tyler was able to get it installed right away. This is a good company to work with for your heating needs, they are friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful.

Our AC needed repaired and Affordable Heating and Air gave us not only quick service but also a great price. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what all the issues were. He had our AC fixed and running in about an hour. He was great at communicating with us on when he was going to be here and I would call Affordable to come out and fix my system again if ever needed. I also really appreciated how up front about their prices they were over the phone. Most of the companies we called refused to give us a price estimate but Affordable was upfront about their prices and stuck to what they quoted us. I could not be more pleased with our service.

Tyler was absolutely fantastic to work with, was extremely knowledgeable, took his time explaining the issues with our A/C, and talked me through all our options on how to address the issue in layman’s terms. Understanding how an A/C unit works typically would go right over my head, but Tyler managed to break it down for me in a way I could comprehend it. Another company this morning wanted to jump straight to having us purchase a new air conditioner (quoted us $5500), without even bothering to come out and look at what was going on first (which as it turns out, part of the issue was that company overcharging our a/c last year…). Tyler’s visit cost around $350 in comparison, and our house is quickly cooling back down to normal. I cannot say how much I appreciate the honest, good quality, professional work that Tyler did today. Thank you for being so awesome. Anytime I need any work done on our heating or cooling, this company will always be my first call. -Andrea
Only company that could get me on an actual scheduled time, and it was even the same day I called.
Appreciated the quick service, good communication and professionalism of staff. Twice they were able to respond quickly and even in the evening at no extra charge. They repaired 3 damaged cold air returns, cleaned the AC and installed an HVAC Air Purification system. Highly recommend!
I called Lowe's to inquire about the cost of a new furnace as I had been told that mine would require some expensive work, and possibly need replaced if one of two different parts being replaced did not fix the problem I was having. I had paid $165 for a diagnostic test to still not know for sure what was wrong. The Lowe's representative talked to me about sending someone out to look at the furnace and give me a quote for a new one if need be. I got a call from Tyler to set up an appointment. When he arrived he introduced himself and gave me a business magnet card, then listened carefully and asked questions as I described what had been happening with my furnace. He then went to work checking the furnace, and very soon was able to tell me what he had found, and fixed the problem by simply cleaning a part. (I am horrible about remembering details, sorry...can't name the part.) He took the time to explain to me why the furnace was not working properly, and spent time testing to make sure what he did fixed the problem. Tyler was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer my questions. He was professional and respectful towards me and my home. I will definitely call Affordable Heating in the future when needed, and would not hesitate recommending this company to others.
