My AC was serviced at a reasonable price and the workers were very professional
Humble kings was referred to me by a friend and I am very pleased that they were able to come out on a Sunday. They were on time, they were very professional and had a friendly attitude. I was pleasantly Surprised to see that they had women working on their team. My unit was not getting cold, they came out found the problem and was able to promptly fix it. They walked me through what they fixed and made sure I knew how to properly use my unit in thefuture.Theyexplained things to me that the initial installer never did. I am extremely satisfied. I would definitely be referring and using humble kings again.
Humble Kings showed up a bit late, but it was worth it. These guys explained everything and was very transparent. They even have females working with them. They also gave me a $50 gift card for them being late. Very pleased!
WOW Where should I start… my AC was out for two weeks. I had multiple servicers come out to my home to rectify the problem with no avail. However, the owner made sure to take time out of his busy schedule to service me at a reasonable price. Thank you so much Humble Kings!!!
Didn't even know what to click because my problem wasn't solved. He was called because my air conditioner wasn't getting cool. After two weeks of trial and error, he finally just stopped calling and never came. Really didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I had another technician come out and show me how the coils weren't cleaned after I was told by this guy that they were cleaned. I am super aggravated and still hot until Sunday. No worries, the lawsuit soon come. Supposedly cleaned coils are pictured below. I normally don't leave reviews but I am out of $300, my light bill has increased by $100 since this issue, and he has left me hanging. BEWARE!! He's also a criminal. Public information, look it up
The services provided passed my expectations, The owner was punctual, professional and also friendly. He worked quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. The owner was very nice he answered all of my questions as well as demonstrate the correct way to use my new system.
A/C was not cooling. Called Humble kings and they came out the next day to assess. Very professional and informative. A/c was working again in no time. I would definitely use again and recommend!
Where should I start... My ac in my apartment went out for about two weeks in the heat of the summer, and landlord refused to send maintenance due to COVID 19. I was given a Humble Kings business card, & I called 7:30am and got an answer. I explained to the owner what was the issue and he said that he could come out that same day to take a look at my ac. When he arrived he came fully prepared and gave me a answer to why my ac was not working. Long story short, my ac has never blew this cold & the knocking noise the ac would make when it would cut on has disappeared. I even got my chandelier that I had sitting in the box for months installed.... Two weeks later I received a follow up call just to make sure everything was still working correctly, which I greatly appreciated!!!!! The owner was focused, worked in a timely matter and very tidy. I will continue to use this black owned multi service company for any repairs I have in the future.
