John was flexible and prompt in troubleshooting and repairing my tenant’s HVAC when it went down in the middle of July. Most importantly, he fixed the issue first time out. No repeat fees or inexperienced “trial and error” fixes at my expense. He actually knows these systems inside and out.
John and his team were super responsive and professional. Did everything quick and painless. John had a deep knowledge of the business. Would recommend for any project.
