Wow Hugh Mech is fantastic for HVAC service & repairs. My initial call was professional & a service appt was scheduled for the same day. Hugh JR arrived ahead of schedule & was very knowledgeable & professional. He immediately discovered a failure in our gas furnace & advised all possible options. From there he quickly called HVAC Suppliers in the area & located the required part in Macon. After removing the failed part, he completed yet another service call & drove to Macon to get my part. He called back after 5pm to say he had the part & returned after hours to complete the repair on a very cold night. I never expected after hours service like this. This is an amazing family business who provided start to finish 5 star service. Thank you so much for awesome home town service. I am a customer for life👍⚙️😃
I called Hugh’s Mechanical HVAC, Hugh Morris, Jr. came out shortly after I called. He fixed the problem quickly, at a fair price. Honest, reliable company.
I purchased an older home and my AC began tripping the circuit breaker after turning on. I called an AC firm that had been recommended by another service provider. The AC firm came out, checked my AC and told me my compressor needed replacing and it was just about the same price to replace the entire unit. He quoted a price for full replacement. I searched the Internet for reviews of local AC companies. Hugh's Mechanical, Inc. was by far the best rated. I got a 2nd opinion from Hugh's. Hugh Jr. first got the AC serial number, called the manufacturer, and determined that my unit was under warranty. They replaced my compressor and all I paid was the cost of the labor, $1,050. Great company to work with. The compressor failed at a rental house I own (I live out of state) and they were there a few hours after I first called them, offered me several options, had the best prices of any of the companies I called, and installed a new system THE NEXT DAY (the old one was due for replacement). They were there when they said they would be and they finished before they said they would. Kept me informed the whole time. Tenants were very pleased with the new system.
This company is starting up but they’re really great at what they do and extremely professional. My dad isn’t doing well right now and they did whatever they could to help us. They work fast and efficient and have fair prices. If you need your AC fixed these are the guys to go to!
