This company was contracted through my home warranty company and sent a tech out to check my furnace. The tech that came out, without checking anything, said it was my Nest thermostat, connected a wire, said it was fixed and left. After an hour the issue was not fixed so I called my warranty company again who called the same company who then sent the same tech back out. This time around the tech actually took time to see what the issue might be. He was looking around for a bout 30 mins and came to the conclusion that I needed an entire new HVAC system. How do I go from a unconnected thermostat wire to an entire overhaul of my HVAC system? I contacted a different company out of my own pocket who came out,was professional, fixed the issue and my furnace has been running great since. If you have a home warranty, tell them to avoid Hug Plumbing Heating & Cooling
