Rudy and his staff are EXCELLENT, efficient, friendly and trustworthy. Our air conditioner system failed and needed to be replaced we were given astronomical quote by another company. Rudy provide a better product an excellent service for less than half of our other quotes! We will definitely use him again and refer family and friends to him.
Used for a tank gas water heater replacement. HP did a great job, easy to schedule and did for a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.
Our HVAC was leaking water and Rudy from HP Mechanical was sent by our Home Warranty Company. Even though the system was only a few years old, he diagnosed the problem as a cracked heat exchanger and said it also was leaking carbon monoxide. He insisted I pay him extra to remove the blower to photograph the heat exchanger and then did not put it back properly, and fully disconnected our furnace, leaving us with no heat in freezing weather. He tried to convince the home warranty people to replace the entire HVAC system. They refused and sent out another repair person — who diagnosed the problem as a faulty pvc pipe, fixed it and charged one hour’s labor. He also tested the system and found no carbon monoxide leaking. Our HVAC is running fine — no thanks to HP Mechanical who seemed to be out to scam us into a much more expensive repair than was needed. Beware.
My furnace had failed. Rudy responded to my weekend Yelp enquiry instantly and scheduled a diagnostics visit with a very reasonable firm quote within minutes. All other companies wanted me to wait until Monday to 'talk.' He showed up on time and went above and beyond to ensure the diagnosis was correct--I have an engineering background and was standing next to him through it all. It was the control board, which he quickly located across the country for a 31-year-old furnace and had in hand to replace 3 days later. Every aspect of his service was stellar.
Very impressed with Rudy and his crew for my AC install. Price was reasonable, work was professional and timely. Would recommend to friends and family.
My hot water blew up last week and flooded the garage. After we cleaned up and turned the water supply off I called Rudy at HP Mechanical that same evening. He responded almost immediately and came out the next morning with a new hot water heater. I've used HP Mechanical several times with excellent result, and I'm sure I will again in the future for plumbing and HVAC
From the very first contact they were helpful, flexible, and communicative. HP fixed a clog and installed a new toilet for us at our business. I will call them again anytime we need plumbing, heating, or cooling work done!

HP Mechanical came in our time of need. During the evening. The thermostat on our wall heater was not working and it had been working earlier. HP Mechanical took just a few minutes to determine the cause of the problem and fixed it. We will certainly call them again. Thank you guys for your excellent work....
So....... In less then 24 hours, Rudy received a phone call from me 2/10; came to the home to diagnose the problem we were having with my moms heating system. The heater was installed in 2003, and had lived a good long life. It was decided that a new heater was to replace the old one. Rudy and Eddie arrived 2/11 before the scheduled time of 10:30, and were finished before 2:00p. My wife and I appreciate Rudy’s attention to detail and his ability to speak with ease about the work that he has done for us. My mom (83years) was able to completely understand what Rudy told her as he spoke with ease and understanding. It was also reassuring that he came in about 10,000.00 under budget. Thanks Rudy for the good work you do!
I purchased a replacement wall furnace and had my plumber install it -- problem is, he tried and tried and left me with a mess. Called HP Mechanical and made an appt quickly and within a few hours they installed the electricity needed, corrected the misaligned duct, and installed a new thermostat. Rudy and helper showed up as promised and completed the job with dispatch. Next time I'll call an HVAC reputable company. I could NOT be more pleased. I heartedly recommend HP Mechanical!
I contacted HP mechanical after reading so many good reviews on FB about this company. We needed our furnace replaced. Right away Rudy came out same day I contacted him, very nice and professional. Him and his team came out did a great job! Totally recommend HP mechanical, bilingual too so thats a plus!!

Rudy was the best ! We had a problem with a gas line behind the stove and wasn’t an easy fix ! Rudy was so helpful and had to come back 3 times , there were issues with the line, location..., he was so nice and didn’t mind at all that he had to come back so many times! I give him & his company 5 stars PLUS... don’t even look for a different company, we Definitely Are setting up other jobs to be done ✅ by Rudy .
I contacted Rudy with HP Mechanical when my Air conditioning was not working and it was over 100 degrees outside. I asked how soon he could come check it out. He told me he was booked for the day, but asked my location. I told him my address and It turned out that i was about 2 blocks away from where he was at. He asked me if I was available right then as he was just finishing up a job close by. He was able to swing right over and found the problem quickly. once the problem was corrected, he did a quick review of the whole system to be sure everything else was good. He changed my filter and said everything else was in great shape. Very professional, very polite, and knowledgeable. I will be calling HP Mechanical for any other problems that come up. I would highly recommend HP mechanical. Great company to deal with.

Rudy replaced the air conditioner for our mobile home and repaired the forced air unit. This is the second project he has done for us, and again the service and workmanship were excellent. jeff wichert
HP Mechanical came to assess our ten year old water heater that was failing the same day as our call. Rudy gave us the option to get a new igniter for the water heater or replace the water heater. We chose to replace the 50 gallon water heater with a tankless one. He was back the next day and installed the new heater! Awesome work, new water heater supports our household of 6 no problem.👍
Needed new hot water heater ASAP! I called Rudy by recommendation from a friend at 6:00pm Wednesday when I found my hot water heater leaking everywhere!!. He called back at 7:30 pm (I really didnt think I would hear from him until the next day) He squeezed me in the next day and called prior to installation to obtain approval of the estimate with a fair price. I really appreciated that. I feel very releaved that I founld a HVAC person that I can rely on, recommend and trust. Kathy G. Windsor
We’re happy to add another 5-star review, owner Rudy is a real pro- fast response, great communication, excellent work. We had one heater replaced, another repaired, other equipment serviced including a tankless hot water heater they noticed didn’t sound right..absolutely recommended!
