Completely satisfied with Hoyt Mechanical sales and service. As a property manager, Hoyt has helped me several times over the past many years. Fair prices, quick scheduling, fast installation, good communication, warranty I can depend on, and peace of mind. Hoyt keeps their word. Face it, most of us know little about HVAC, which creates the opportunity for HVAC contractors to charge for more than is needed. Not the case with Hoyt. They are an HVAC sales and service dealer I trust.
Hoyt is the best heating and air company I’ve ever worked with. Danny & Jennifer are super responsive and easy to work with. I look forward to using them!
Called my home warranty this morning to have someone come look at our hvac that wasn't working right. In less than an hour after I got off the phone with the warranty company someone from Hoyt Mechanical called me to set up an appointment for this afternoon. I wish I knew the man's name that came. He was great. Came and took care of what needed to be done and was professional. Great company. I'd call them again if I needed them.
Hoyt Mechanical is indeed a very wonderful company. The technician sam arrived on time,was very polite, professional,knew his work thoroughly,very clean,and exceeded a customer's expectations. The gals Jennifer and Danielle answered the phone quick,very positive and polite,no waiting time here. I'm really very happy that my warranty company Fedility sent Hoyt Mechanical to my place. Renee, Hoyt Mechanical Scheduler was "AWESOME!!" She called me twice on Monday, July 26, 2021 to try to schedule the service call for the same day that she called me. I called her back in the afternoon on Monday, July 26, 2021 and she was very pleasant to talk to. She was professional, very positive and very customer focused. She managed to send a service tech by on Monday afternoon, July 26, 2021 which was fantastic!! I really appreciate Renee for being so professional, kind, pleasant, efficient, caring and custmoer focused. She did a GREAT job!!! Sam the service tech and his trainee, James called me to let me know that they were on their way and they showed up on time. Sam and James were, professional, understanding, knowledgeable, abd very helpful. Sam knew what ge was doing and he did a GREAT job!! Sam explained clearly what he was doing and why he was doing it. San and James get 10 stars for doing a GREAT job on Monday, July 26, 2021! I highly recommend Hoyt Mechanical for your Heating and A/C service and repairs! They will do a GREAT job!! Hoyt Mechanical staff was very friendly and replaced my entire system very quickly. They cleaned up so well I couldn't tell they were ever there. They also came out very quickly in the heart of summer. 15/10 recommend Hoyt for your HVAC needs!

So glad our home warranty service switched us to Hoyt! Top notch service all around from booking appointments, getting a quote, to the tech service (repair and then replacement of our furnace that was nearly 40 years old 😳). Would contact them again if needed, no question.
I have worked with Hoyt on smaller projects like duct cleaning services. However when our air conditioning and heating unit died , I contacted Hoyt Mechanical for a full service quote for our two-story home. Danny was patient with me answering my many questions about the quote and the products used. He also provided other options to consider, which I appreciated. This shows Danny’s knowledge and experience in his field. Also his quote was fair and competitive given the extensive work needed. He and his team are professional, we’re on time, and kept our house clean. I appreciated the floor protection and booties used to keep my white carpets clean. Also his team vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of each day they were here. Danny and his team treated our home like it was their own. The team was also knowledgeable and clearly experienced given my additional questions about the installation process. (Yes, I have lots of questions and I always appreciate when someone takes the time to educate me!). And when the team worked together you can tell they really enjoyed each other’s company. They were super funny and still very professional. Overall, five stars all the way, and I would call Hoyt mechanical for all of my future HVAC needs, As well as refer him to all of my family and friends. Also I love having the heat and AC evenly distributed in all of my bedrooms! His solution has saved us money on our gas bill. Thank you Danny and team!

From start to finish Hoyt Mechanical was amazing! They gave us an awesome deal to switch out our entire HVAC system and gave us the best price of all the quotes we got. Everyone on the team was friendly and helpful. They did a great job cleaning up too! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for help with their HVAC system or ducts. Excellent customer service and they did a great job!
Great, professional service. Danny helped fix our heating issue quickly and proactively looked at our warranty, saving us a lot of money. We were pleasantly surprised how easy and affordable the process was from start to finish.
