Our heat went out on one of our coldest winter days and the owner himself came out to service our unit since every service team was out on other calls. We’ve used Howard Heating and Air for a few years and have always been pleased with their service and team!
Howard as the best technician we have had. He came out and found the problem right away. He fixed the issues and what was the best is that he didn't hesitate to put us on his schedule to get it resolved. He told us that his main goal was to make sure it was fixed and that we were happy. Thank you sir!!
I highly recommend this company. I've been a customer since 2001, twice a year checkups. My unit is 33 yrs old. Reasonable and reliable service!
Great bunch of guys! Our heat went out and with a 2yr old we needed someone to come out asap. The tech showed and and found the problem in no time and got us fixed up. Would recommend to anyone and will use them whenever I have hvac issues (hopefully I don’t lol)
Needed my AC unit serviced. Called and made appointment for the next week. Tech was on time and serviced unit and found problems that was fixed that could have been more expensive. Thanks to Scott and crew! Highly recommend!!
