We had our AC replaced 2 weeks ago and are very happy with the service. Jose was quick to respond even coming over on Sunday to look at our system and give us a quote. His team showed up on time and installation was professional and fast. Our house feels so much better with the new unit!

After the initial assessment, the owner explained to me in detail about my options, pricing, and product availability. I had a leak in my evaporator coils and Houston A/C Solutions replaced them with a new set and a new plenum in 2 hours from their arrival. They kept my house clean and the workmanship of the installation was perfect. Now more air is flowing and the house cools down quickly. The price was excellent compared to my first estimate.
We started working with Jose in the summer of 2022 when our A/C stopped working after moving into our home. We had no knowledge about our HVAC system. Jose walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. We were astonished with the customer service we had received, but most importantly, Jose's expertise opion in the industry is superb! Very quickly, he is able to find the problem, fix it, and make recommendations for future services. We also went through with one of his recommendations and updated our coil and ducts. All products are genuine and come with warranty. I will highly recommend it to anyone

I had a great experience working with Jose. Jose and his team are very professional and they did the work really fast and efficiently. Jose got the permit and he even set up the inspection and everything passed really well, and the inspector said that the job was done really well and clean. And the price was great, I've had three other companies come out and quote me higher than what Jose did. And to add to that Jose was very straightforward and didn't try to sell me some stuff that i didn't need. And he helped me understand what was going on with my system and make the best decision without any pressure. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone.

We found Houston ac solutions from another ac company! Their price and service beat any we have used other than the one that recommended them. The reason they referred us to them is because they don’t work with carrier and. That’s what we have. Everyone is as knowledgable, helpful, caring and informative.

They were so quick to respond and come out to fix my AC! They went above and beyond to take care of my needs! I called late on a weekend expecting an answering machine- instead they were available, came to my house in less than an hour, and fixed my AC! It was very affordable too! This is my second time using them and I would definitely use them again!
Houston A/C Solutions is an amazing AC company!!. Jose (co-owner/sales) came to our home and was extremely professional and explained each step in the process. Jose's (co-owner/installer) team came to our home for the install and they were all on time, respectful and very knowledgeable. We asked questions during our new HVAC install and Jose took his time answering our questions and he showed us each step of the process. During the install Jose came in and checked in on the progress and provided outstanding customer service. He informed us how to go online and register our equipment and made sure we understood how to get the 10 year warranty. If you need any HVAC work we highly recommend Houston A/C Solutions!!!

When the compressor on our 19 year old AC finally quit working, we decided it was time for a much needed upgrade. We obtained bids from four companies, two local and two of the name brands. The quote we received from Bart and his team at Houston A/C Solutions provided the best value in terms of equipment, installation quality, price, and the thing you want most when your AC quits working in August in Houston....speed. Within 24 hours we had two new compressors, coils, furnaces, Nest thermostats, and duct work. The quality of their work was excellent (all connections sealed, lines cleaned, drain connections were solid, new duct work hung in a way to create more space in the attic, new furnace and coils installed in a manner that will facilitate any future repairs). All of the old duct work and equipment was packed and hauled off for scrap....no mess left behind in the attic or in the yard/driveway. New condensers and fans are quiet. I’ll need some more time to see the impact on our electricity bill by moving from our old 10 SEER units to these 16 SEER units. Best of all they offered two years warranty on their labor and installation and 10 years on the equipment (but this is through Carrier). I’m not expecting to have to use their services but it’s nice to know we have a better option than our home warranty company when it comes to AC repairs in the future. If you are in the market for a new AC or in need of some AC repair, I’d definitely recommend calling Houston A/C Solutions.
Imagine your AC going on the fritz in the middle of summer in Houston.... sounds quite unpleasant, right? Well, that's exactly what happened to me 2 days ago. I contacted Houston AC Solutions because I had some work done by them about a month or so previously. Mr. Jose was very quick to respond to my call, listened to my concerns, and immediately proposed what he could do to assist. The result is that I had a totally new system replaced (minus duct work) in a matter of 5 hrs., the very next day. The price was reasonable considering the work I needed as well. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work. Our home is nice a cool now! Thanks Jose!
My AC stopped working and I contacted Houston A/C Solutions to evaluate what was wrong. Bart came over quickly to inspect what was wrong and my AC was cooling and working again in no time. Great customer service and they even checked the following day to make sure everything was still working okay. The repair cost was also very affordable.
They did an amazing job when my AC went out. I called and they came out quickly and offered the most cost effective resolution. Mr. Marquez was extremely friendly and quick to get me and my family back up and running. I would highly recommend and have since recommended them to many. Definitely try them out, you will not be disappointed.
