We had to make an emergency after hours call to House to Home HVAC this week on one of our hottest days of summer so far when our A/C went out with a baby at home. We are so thankful Dustin was able to fit us onto the schedule. He was friendly, professional, efficient and was able to get our unit repaired and running for us. We will definitely recommended him/House to Home to any of our friends & family that may need service.
We called House to Home HVAC to service our 15 year old gas fireplace log set. He showed up at the time we set. He was courteous and proceeded to prepare the area in front of our fireplace putting down a drop cloth to assure nothing would happen to the floor around the fireplace. He removed all the ceramic logs and cleaned them so they looked new. Then the checked every part of the gas fireplace even replacing the batteries in our remote starter receiver located in the fire place. After that he removed the rock wool and reset all the sand under the grates. He put new rock wool under the grate and around the front and back of our fireplace (our fireplace is 2 sided). Then he vacuumed the entire perimeter around both sides of the 2 sided fireplace. He arranged the ceramic logs perfectly and turned the fireplace on. It looked brand new! He then cleaned the glass on both sides of the fireplace removing all the residue built up on the glass. When he was done with the fireplace he went out and got his CO detector to make sure there wasn’t any dangerous levels around the fireplace and in our living room. He was super knowable about his job and I would highly recommend him for any type of gas fireplace work anyone needs. Noel Gilheany

Fireplace check. Dustin was on time, informative and professional. I had set the pilot light knob incorrectly. Dustin corrected it. The fireplace flames then returned to normal. He showed me how to do it properly and didn’t charge me. He also informed me of all of the other services your company offers. Very helpful. It was difficult to find a place that services fireplaces. House to Home HVAC does, with quick response times. Dustin is a valuable representative of HtoH HVAC. From now on, this is my HVAC company.

Dustin was awesome with giving us all the options we had when our furnace stopped working in almost negative degree weather. He was able to get it up and running same day while we decided what we were going to do. Through the process he was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely gave us peace of mind during a stressful situation. We are very thankful to have found him and his company. Now we have a brand new efficient heating system to continue the winter worry free! We will definitely be using this company again and would highly recommend!

I called House to Home HVAC, LLC. as the heat at our agency wasn't working. The problem was found and able to be repaired in no time. We also needed a new thermostat and they had a new digital one on-hand. I was impressed.
