This company is incredible as my boss recommended I call them as I had a problem with my HVAC unit at a rental house. Lewis came out and got it running but told me it was a 27 year old unit. It worked for a week then needed help again. Lewis gave me a couple of options and explained what I needed. He replaced the unit and was great at explaining all about the unit. I then recently had problems with the heat working at my residence. Turns out it is a 22 year old unit that had multiple parts not working so they replaced the unit and fixed multiple issues with my ductwork. The owner of the company Lewis is just a good person as he walked me thru multiple choices for a new unit with the pros and cons of each one. It is nice to work with a family owned business that cares. I highly recommend Hot as a Beach HVAC.
Lewis and his nephew and crew are awesome !!! If you want to help a small family business this is it !!! Lewis Dad ( retired Marina Core Vet) comes out and helps in the process so dose his Lewis wife . Hot as Beach puts the Cool in A/C and the warmth in Heat!!! Hard working family here from sun up to sun down. Do not look any where else for a A/C company !!!
Excellent service and very reasonable prices. Got second opinion from them on work after company that installed said it was a maintenance issue rather than their own faulty I installation. Hot came out next day, repaired faulty installation, and still charged less than half what the first company wanted to do which wouldn't have fixed the problem. First company just wanted to sell me on a maintenance package rather than correct their own faulty work. Use Hot if you need good honest work rather than being ripped off by the other HVAC companies in town.
I have used them only now. i have tryed others but have not been happy with there work or service . Hot as a beach there price are fair and their work good.
We loved our experience with Louie and his team! Not only were the professional and great at what they do, but they were kind, efficient, and incredibly courteous. Good humans over here! They were always on time, finished the job in 1 day and their communication was amazing (which is not easy to find). We have already referred them to a number of neighbors who have enjoyed as well! Lou replaced the heat pump and air handler in my house and did a professional job.He was on time, worked hard and was neat and clean and very reasonably priced.I would highly recommend his services to anyone the needs hvac work done.
