Jason is very professional and takes the time to explain the issue to keep you informed of what is being done. Made me feel more at ease and helped put more trust in his expertise.
I found Jason to be very responsive and probably the most reasonably priced technician in the New Orleans area. My tenants were complaining of no cooling and I had called two other companies prior to Jason, both of whom provided extremely expensive quotes while at the same time misdiagnosing the reason the AC was not working. I called Jason and he came out there pretty quickly, worked through everything and stayed extra to make sure the unit ran well. I found his prices to be extremely competitive vs. the other companies. Other companies were up charging me by 500% on materials. All in all I would recommend Jason over others.

Returned from out of town at 1 in the morning to a hot house and no AC. I found Hot AC on Angie’s list. After calling several contractors that morning the only one that immediately started addressing possible issues was Jason with HOT AC. He bumped me up in his schedule and went the extra mile to address the issue. Turns out it was an $80 part he had on hand. He fixed it quickly and checked the unit out. The unit is working great. I would highly recommend him and Hot AC!
I woke up with no a/c (on a sunday no less) I got an immediate response from my home advisor request at 9am and the technician was at the house with an hour. Luckily it was a minor blown fuse in my case but I will definitely call again for my future hvac repair needs. Thanks for sparing me a sweaty sunday!
