Enough could not be said about how pleased we are with Horton Heating and Cooling. We recently purchased a new home that required conversion to natural gas and therefore a new HVAC system needed to be installed. Clint and his crew were absolutely amazing from the initial planning stages to the install. From start to finish, they were immensely thorough, clean, on time, professional and friendly. They installed a new furnace for our lower-level of the home, a brand new heat pump system for the upstairs and a tankless hot water heater. Installing a new HVAC system to a home is a major project which also brings a substantial financial investment with it. I would not trust anyone else other than Clint and his guys with this job and and so happy they were the team to install our new HVAC system. If you are looking for a local, trustworthy, family business for any of your HVAC needs and not a chain company who could care less about you, then Horton Heating and Cooling is the company for you! Thank you Clint, Lisa, and crew for all you've done for us!

Responsive and trustworthy is what I found with Horton HVAC. Clint and Joe were professional and efficient with service. Joe was able to make a thorough assessment of my heating furnace and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend their service.

Horton Heating and Cooling has been nothing but Great! They are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them. We have been using them for a few years now. Anytime we have a problem they get on it right away! Very personal!
Extremely disappointed with Horton heating llc Called them for my heating issues 10/19/20. A technician came out the next day, he couldn't get unit working charged me 90.00 I called another company they had it running in 15mins. Yikes! Reached back out to Horton to speak with owner but he wasn't available 36hrs later still no response 😕
Paid $420 for cleaning out a condensate line and repairing a leaking condensate pipe. Took less than 2 hours for 2 technicians to complete the work. I've had condensate lines cleaned in the past and have never paid more than $150. The PVC pipe repair was another 20 mins of work. They charged me individually for a service call ($89.99), 30 mins of labor ($85.50), to clear the line ($98.72) and to repair the pipe ($120.03). Be your own judge and make sure you ask for the cost before they start the work! Will not be calling them again for any HVAC work in the future!
Efficient, pleasant, great work ethic and thorough is how I would explain my experience with Horton Heating and Cooling. I chose this company because it is a local business and felt that they would be on hand should I ever have an issue and their reputation for honest work follows them. Clint and Lisa were very professional and pleasant to work with. I had a new heater and air conditioner installed in one day. It was a pleasure having Horton Heating and Cooling do my installation.

Don't waste your time calling any other company!! Clint ,Joe and Jameer fixed our heater when another company couldn't .They refused to leave us in the cold !! All three are profesional, and took the time to get to the problem. See you guys in the future to change everything over to natural gas. I wouldn't have anyone else do it!! Thank you again.
Replaced entire heating system and AC system with name brand Coleman units. They were extremely receptive and moved my condenser to the other side of my house for noise reasons. However, the new unit is SOOO quiet, I cannot even tell when it's on other than putting my hand over a vent. My house has NEVER been so comfortable since I moved in 10 years ago. I upgraded to a SEER 17 AC unit and a 98% heating unit. I was able to claim clean energy credit as well. Horton did EVERYTHING I asked in a timely manner. They do BEAUTIFUL work, and everything is professional and to code. The new units are worth EVERY penny. I am glad I made the decision to go with them! You will not be disappointed!
Prompt, curteous and knowledgeable. Have great rates. I had no cleanup after they were done.
