Kris was super knowledgeable, on-time, professional, and explained all that he was going to do. He took the time to answer any questions I had. Shanna, was extremely friendly and helpful when scheduling the appointment, discussing maintenance contract options, and I like that I recieved text messages to let me know when Kris was on his way! They don't try to upsale you on anything and I love supporting a local family with a honest and quality driven business!
I have recommended Horns to family and friends already! Shanna is so nice. She was very helpful and didn't mind answering all of my questions; and trust me I had plenty being a first time homeowner. Kris did an amazing job with quickly diagnosing and fixing the AC. He also took the time to walk around the house to tell us what else to look out for and went over the additional sevices they provide. I will be signing up for the Comfort Club!

I have my new favorite hvac company on speed dial. They came quickly and diagnosed my issue. I didn’t get a sales job and felt i got straight answers from an honest technician. Certainly recommend the Horn’s!! They now have a loyal client for life.
Horn’s Heating & Cooling installed a full HVAC system in my 2,000 sq. ft. Shop. Kris assessed my space and made his recommendation for the system which has proven to be extremely efficient- just as he said! Couldn’t get other companies to even return my call for an estimate! Kris & his wife, Shanna were professional & honest, start to finish! At the end of the job, my shop was left clean, as if nothing had happened! Very pleased with their company and would highly recommend!
Horn’ Heating and Cooling are really the best. They gave me a no pressure quote with multiple options for price range and efficiency and had the job done quickly and easily! Enjoying my brand new super efficient HVAC system just in time for hotter weather!
My wife and I were in the market for two new AC and Furnaces because our existing units were extremely old and costing a fortune in utilites. We got several estimates from the big name AC companies and along with calling Horns because of a referral. The experience was night and day diffference. The big name AC companies (the ones you hear on all the commercials) all sent out sales men and the interaction was extremely transactional, pushy, and a downright turnoff. Since when did HVAC companies turn into used cars salesmen? Horns was the complete opposite. The owners of Horns, not salesmen, came to my house to look at both of our units and provide us with multiple estimates on different units. Kris, the owner, even did a load calculation on the house which no other company even mentioned. The big name AC companies handed us only one option and after doing our research the big name AC companies were just trying to sell us the cheapest unit that would give them the best profit margin. We went back and forth with the owners of Horns on deciding which unit would be best for us and we ultimately ended up choosing the Platinum 18 SEER unit. My wife and I could not be happier with the units and the entire experience! 1st - The Install: Kris, the owner, and his other technician did the job from start to finish in one day per unit. They were extremely professional, courteous, and took particular care of the rest of the house by laying drop cloths to ensure no debris was where it shouldn’t be during the install. Let me tell you what, the install was CLEAN looking as well. The original upstairs unit was sitting on the shipping pallet rotting away because the previous installer didn’t install the condensate drain properly. The original downstairs unit was laying on cinder blocks in the crawl space covered in dirt etc. Kris and his tech replaced the pan and put the new unit on rubber risers in addition to installing a new float, correcting the condensate line, and
Being new to owning a home, I was very overwhelmed at the prospect of spending a lot of money on new HVAC units. Having contacted a few HVAC companies, we knew instantly that Horns was the right company for us. Other companies were pushy, impersonal, impractical, and clearly attempting to sell us a mediocre product at a premium price. Shanna and Kris walked us through our options and presented a variety of solutions with no agenda or ulterior motive to push a certain product or system. There was no rush or pressure to select a product within any arbitrary time frame and we were given the space, time, and information we needed to feel confident in our decision with such a big purchase. Kris and his assistant did an amazing job with the installation, including taking extra care to ensure our home was kept clean during the installation and the house was left in even better shape than when they arrived. Our new HVAC systems run perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process! Thank you!
When my 20-year-old HVAC system went bad, I interviewed two large, well-known companies and two small, local businesses that do HVAC service. I was most impressed by Kris Horn's on-site assessment and subsequent conversation. His personal service was even more impressive. Oh, and the price was very reasonable. Why go anywhere else? Kris Horn (owner) came referred by a former neighbor. He was punctual, professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, patient w/ explanations & thorough. I appreciated that he took his time to thoroughly test our system at the initial visit, deducing issues & devised an action plan to get the ac to perform optimally. He returned at scheduled appointment after the initial one was cancelled however, (we were properly & timely notified us) that he had fallen ill. We were grateful for the courtesy & consideration shown. During the installation & repair he & his assistant were courteous, professional & made sure to clean up after themselves. Yay! Upon job completion Kris helped me search the net to show me the new equipment that we need to order allowing us to proceed with a better vent system that we’re requesting. His willingness & few minutes taken to enlighten me were appreciated. I highly recommend Horn heating & cooling & look forward to working with them in the future.
We recently contracted Horns Heating and Cooling for our commercial office space HVAC system installation. Shana delivered a fair and detailed job cost analysis. Kris was prompt and professional. When the installation was complete he setup all the inspections and delivered a quality installation in a timely manor. They passed all inspections with the county will zero issues. On budget and on time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
