Hopkins Heating and Air Memphis serviced a total of 5 units at two of my homes today - one in Whitehaven and the other in South Cordova. They were early and the service was very thorough. Mr. Hopkins explained everything on the invoice and made recommendations for future maintenance. The pricing was reasonable, they provided service with a smile, were very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m totally impressed and will definitely be a repeat customer! Glad I found them!
The Hopkins team replaced one of my attic units. On another occasion, He serviced one of our AC units on a Sunday! He’s one of the BEST in the BUSINESS!
I've used Hopkins HVAC for at least 7 years. He is trustworthy and competent. Saved me money by replacing components rather than replacing entire unit. Extended life of unit. Gives me tips for care of system.
I have been a customer with Mr.Hopkins for 12 years. When I call him for service he’s at my home within an hour. He knows his work , his prices are very reasonable and he is a very clean service man.
This company is a rip off. Over charges for parts and uses cheap parts but charges 2 to 3 times as much. Be careful.
