Super happy with Ryan and his guys. The original builder of my home installed a system that was loud. After months of being woken up I had Ryan come round and he offered a solution that made sense and was reasonable in price. The guys arrived on time, completed the work and left my house clean 🙌
From the phone call, Ryan was able to diagnose my AC system. He told me what he thought it was, and said he could handle it while I wasn't even home, as all the work needed was to the unit outside. He was right, very fast, and courteous. I left this morning from a hot house and came home to a cool one. Highly recommend!!
The Hope heating and air representative was on time, and very accurate and thorough with his investigation into our home’s AC problem. He quickly diagnosed the source of the issue to be a faulty hose clamp on the condensate drain pump, which was filling the drain pan and tripping the overflow sensor there for having too much water in it. Abnormal problem but really fast diagnosis and solution! He was also very thorough with removing the water from the drain pan. Very happy with his work!

Arrived in a timely manner on a holiday weekend to give a second opinion , and correctly assessed the issue at hand. Highly recommend using this company , tried using a “big box brand name” company who tried to up sale equipment that was not needed.

I gained a since of trust with his company. Ryan came out on 4-26-23 performed thorough maintenance on my ac unit, professional, courteous, etc. and I continue to feel I can trust Ryan's company (Hope Heating & Air LLC) for honest and thorough services for whatever I may need handled. I don't feel you would be disappointed choosing this company.

Overpriced. He used to be good and had reasonable prices, but something changed, and he's overcharging now. Compare prices with other HVAC companies. Make sure your AC can be repaired instead of replaced. Ryan tried to rip me off and wanted to replace my entire unit, but I called another guy, and he fixed my issue for $200. He used to be honest, but something has changed.
We had an issue with our AC unit, and Ryan was quick to respond and schedule time with us the next day to take a look. He was right on schedule and found the issue immediately, showing us pictures and walking through the issue and what would need to be done. He made an effort to accommodate our work schedules when scheduling his return visit to perform the repairs, and he did a great job at a fair price. Great business and great guy, would recommend him for any issues/maintenance.
