Not replying after installation
I wish I saw a list of 1-star review earlier. Never use him again. Don't pay him until you and someone check his job and make sure he finishes the job and done well. His installation procedure is totally wrong but home owner won't realize it until the unit fails way earlier than designed. cheater.
I would leave him 0 star if that is an option. He didn't finish the job and took money disappeared . called him and never answer my calls. then I later on checked his name with key words "cruze parker" raleigh nc . OMG.... when he claims his warranty and please check his license. a liar... if you give him money in front, he will likely disappear forever from your view. He gave us a very positive impression before we used him. promised a lot , claimed a proud veteran, 10 years warranty plus he made you think he is very honest fellow and nice person...... watch out
Performed change out on my basement Heat pump system then disappeared when I asked for a follow up maintenance visit. Trying to assume good intentions from owner Cruze Parker but reading these other reviews and seeing their website has also disappeared it looks like "Honorable" HVAC is no more.
I had them install a new heat pump unit in August. In November, tenant informed me that heat is not working. Numerous attempts to contact Cruze at Honorable HVAC have resulted in no resolution. He responded to a text and said that he went out and looked at the outdoor unit and it needed a part, and that he would be back to fix it, but then never followed up. Meanwhile, my tenant is without heat for two weeks straight, and she has small children. I ended up calling another local company who came out and told me the thermostat is wired wrong and they need to put a new thermostat with new wiring. It will cost me over $600. I am not happy because I just paid for the new unit a few months ago and they just disappeared and did not stand behind their work.
Did not finish the job. I stupidly handed them a check at 4pm Friday so they could deposit at the bank, they didn't finish but said they would come back. Never heard from them again.
Contacted them to replace my HVAC unit. Paid $600 in advance BUT the tech never completed the job nor will return my calls, despite repeated calls/ emails. I am all for supporting a vet owned business but I never expected this from them.
We paid in full up-front in December 2019, he did most of the work, then vanished. He my air handlers with the filters removed and has refused all requests for a receipt (because he never finished the work). For about 7-8 months, he has refused to return a call or an email. I am about to head to small claims court for the $500 of parts/services that were never delivered. The name 'Honorable' is extremely ironic in my experience.
Honorable HVAC & Services is the most honest company i ever dealt with in this field. They have a customer in me for life. If you're not looking to be jerked around contact these guys you will not be disappointed.

Great service, the owner is polite and prompt. They had my air conditioning up and running within a day of me calling. I highly recommend.
Great guy- professional, quick and helpful! Did not feel like he was really selling us to go in any direction... just presented options and allowed us to choose. Will use them again!
I cannot say enough about my experience with Cruze and his team. He is beyond professional, thorough, honest and reasonably priced. He takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly and I appreciate that more than anything. I will be using Honorable HVAC for all of my future needs.
Cruze Parker was awesome, he gave us an awesome feeling right from the initial phone call and promised to fix our issues the same day. Unlike others he came thru leaving us happy and relieved with his services.
Extremely pleased with Cruze and his team. Really helped us out of a major bind. Had another reputable company come out and look at our issue. They up-sold us with a quote for $16,000. Thankfully we changed our mind and cancelled. Honorable HVAC got us up and going for less then 1/3 the price. My wife and I are thrilled to say the very least.
I called Honorable HVAC & Services after i found the number on Craigslist. To be honest, i was leery about not using one of those brand name companies you see on TV all day, but that all went away as soon as Cruze showed up within 20 minutes of me calling him. He was professional and diagnosed the problem for a priced i thought was so very fair. I had another issue and he came right out and took care of it. Typing this from my cool quarantined living room :-) . So very grateful since it feels like summer in NC.
I called Mr. Cruze Parker and explained my situation. He called back and was here within 30 mins. Professional and straight shooter. He took time out to explain what he found and what he did to correct the issue. On point.
After receiving many heavy handed estimates to purchase and install a UV light system for our two HVAC systems due to the recent demand of the Corna virus, I found Cruze, owner of Honorable HVAC & Services. He understood the situation and helped find the right units at fair prices for us. He was very professional and had the job finished quickly. I would highly recommend Honorable HVAC & Services for all of your HVAC needs. I will be calling on him again in the future to service our HVAC units.
