they were completely professional in their estimate, removal of old unit which was approximately 50 years old and barely working. Installation of new one was so much more quiet. when we called for any additional information like the model number, brochure, etc. we were met with a quick response same day. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a heater and or air-conditioning unit. RICK H a Huntington Beach satisfied customer.
Honorable Air did a great job getting my AC back up and running during a heat wave. They responded right away and diagnosed the problem. They had the replacement parts on hand which was a blessing since all the stores were closed for the holiday. If you are in need of AC/HVAC services, look no further than Honorable Air! I know I will.
Called Honorable Air when originally our air went out and realized it was actually our dirty filter causing the problems. Decided to keep our appt because we have not had our unit checked out since we moved in 3 years ago. Jeremy is the man! Their reputation of "honorable" is true. He had some recommended maintenance but did not try to upsell, communicated how it's not necessary but helpful for any issue that needs the unit to shut off and not cause flooding. He was super thorough and loved on our doggy! We now have our AC company for future. Really appreciate companies out there who truly do things the right way!
Honorable Air lives up to its name. Their service is amazing. I called and Melinda responded quickly sending Jeremy the next morning. I have an older unit so I was afraid I would need a new system, but Jeremy told me that my unit is fine and gave me a couple of tips to ensure the system runs efficiently. I know nothing about HVAC so I was scared they would tell me I need a new system when I really didn't. I highly recommend! Thank you Honorable Air!
Office person was very nice and polite. Technicians are not that knowledgeable and not very efficient at completing tasks. It took 3 hours, a lot of disconnecting and reconnecting of wires, to get my smart thermostat changed to another smart thermostat and cost $325. They were just not that confident in what they were doing. Then there was the fan that wasn’t working in the other unit. The other technician worked on this. I was told I think it is the fan motor. We can replace that and may have to change out the board as well. We’re not sure. Estimste was $800-$900. Then I reminded them it was under warranty and was told it would be $95 for the service call which included the installation. Technician had difficulty changing the motor on this relatively new unit (5 years old) and it took 2 hours. Tried to charge me $190 and I reminded him of the estimate and he didn’t believe me. After a little arguing from him, he called the office and she confirmed the $95. Nice people but not very confident in their skills and make sure you get an estimate. It was my mistake not to get the estimate on the thermostat which should be less than an hour task.
I concur with the other reviews. The owner Jesse, was timely, honest, and a good value. He was very respectful, explained the problem clearly, and fixed the problem with no issues. I will definitely use him again and refer him to my friends. Easy for me to recommend 5 stars.
Jessie and Melinda are now my "Go to" heating and air-conditioning specialist. They are nice people to deal with, got there fast, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained everything so well. Jessie was really good with the Covid protocol also. Definitely recommending him to our family and friends. Highly recommended!
Found my HVAC Guy! Never fun when you have no heat in the winter, let alone the holidays. I was fortunate enough to find Jesse Simpson of Honorable Air. Someone who has proven to be a reliable source based on a previous restoration job at my place, recommended Jesse. I reached out to his office, was greeted by a friendly voice that provided excellent customer service and was able to schedule an appointment the following day, the morning of Christmas Eve. Didn’t expect to get an appointment in front of Christmas and really appreciated the effort to squeeze me into their schedule. Jesse arrived on time and thoroughly inspected my furnace looking for the root cause to my heating problem. It didn’t take him long to determine the source of my heating failure and he was able to address it. Once fixed, he took the time and provided me a lesson on the steps and process of how my furnace operates, making sure all the functioning parts were in proper working order to complete his visit. Jesse and Honorable Air provided me one less thing to add to my new years resolution list. Thanks Jesse for chasing away the cold winter blues and providing my household the warm holiday cheer!

Out of 7 contractors that came to my house, these brothers were honest, and actually suggested my to attempt to repair with the dye abs sealant kit which saved my 10 times the cost of installing a new one. They will be my aircon contractor for life now.

90+ degrees and the AC went out. Had lots of options but Honorable Air was the company that responded quickly and could get someone out the same day to diagnose our problem. Master came the same day we called and quickly diagnosed our problem (no Freon). He could not fix it, but promptly at 8:30 AM the next day another two were there and we were back up and running. My Assessment: Extremely responsive; the personnel are very professional; and they work hard to get you back up and running as soon as possible. Wonderful service!
Since it's been chilly in the evenings and with a baby now in the home, I wanted to make sure my furnace was working fine and safely. I contacted him on yelp and he was the first the respond and so I made an appointment so quickly! I really appreciated that, considering one of the three never even bothered to contact me back! Jesse was courteous and knowledgable. He also checked out my air conditioner and saw that even though it was old, it could go for another year or two before replacing. I appreciated his honesty because I had another company in the past that made me worried feeling like I needed to replace it sooner. I recommend this company and will contact him for future services!
I called 12/5 when I woke up to no heat. I called at 745 am and Jessie answered the phone and was here within an hour. He was able to fix the problem. He was very polite kept me abreast of what he was doing..His fee was fare..highly recommend him..as he was the second company I called, and I am still waiting for the first one I called. Wow! What great and prompt service! We called in the morning regarding an odor with our unit and Jesse was at our house by early afternoon. He gave our hvac a thorough inspection and was honest with his assessments. He gave us helpful recommendations on how to resolve our problem. We'll definitely call him again for future hvac issues and would highly recommend him.
