The evap coil on my Carrier unit failed and my regular HVAC tech didn't do Carrier warranty work. He recommended Honest Hill Country. I had a very positive experience with Jason. Specifically, 1) he was highly responsive, much more so than the large chains I contacted; 2) he proactively reserved the warranty replacement evap coil; and 3) he even managed to work the install in 2 days before promised. Highly recommended!
Jason has helped me with a couple of HVAC issues and is a real pleasure to work with. Originally he was recommended to me by another HVAC professional who spoke very highly of Jason’s seasoned hand at skillfully handling difficult repairs. Highly recommend.

Excellent work figuring out and repairing my AC. Jason was polite, knowledgeable and task oriented.
I recently had some service done to our HVAC (I think that's what its called) because our heat was just not keeping up. Jason came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and had our heat back up in a no time. Very affordable & professional. Definitely would recommend and will be using this company for any future repairs.
My AC went out on a Sunday evening and I called Jason at 7 am Monday morning. He called me back in less than 10 minutes and was at my house a little after 8 am. It is hard to find good, honest, dependable people like Jason. His pricing was fair and he was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!
This is he second time Jason has come to our house. It is 7:00 on a Saturday night, I called him at 5:30 he said he'd be here in a couple of hours. He was early. Did I mention it is August-102 today. He fixed it in ten minutes a new capacitor. He came out did a great job. I highly recommend him.
AC Blower broke on the hottest day in August... Jason was here in 2 hrs and had the system fixed the next day.....my family is so grateful. Thanks!
