Noah was great at explaining what was wrong and letting me know what the cost would be before hand. My upstairs unit went out during the night and he was able to fix both of my units at the same time. Will use them again if needed.

Short version: These guys showed up, went above and beyond in every aspect of troubleshooting and attempting to repair my old system and replacing it with a new system when that was deemed appropriate. Their prices were the absolute best in the Nashville area that I could find, and they did way more than just install a new unit, despite that being all they charged me for. I can not overstate how helpful and how dilligent these folks were, at a price point that I don't think anyone else is able to hit. Longer version: I've been fighting HVAC issues for nigh on a month now, perhaps a bit longer. I ended up calling more than half a dozen places to get a few different opinions, because prices and the service available have been a bit outlandish from what I've seen. A lot of HVAC companies seem to be taking the transition to SEER2 and the current inflationary climate as an opportunity to bump costs up on installations 50% or more, year over year. Honest Air did not seem to be doing that. Many places would not provide any sort of estimate or quote without an on site trip, even if they were given a specific to be done or what kind of unit was being replaced. Some were wanting as much as $150 to show up at my door and look at the unit before quoting anything. I understand there being a lot of nuance that can alter prices in a lot of home maintenance fields, and not wanting to give estimates without knowing what's going on, but I've got a packaged unit in the back yard, ground level and just about as accessible as it could possibly be. Doesn't get much simpler than that. Noah and Blake with Honest Air were pretty much the biggest exception here as well. Not only were they willing to offer prices on specific services on my system, they showed up and took the time to do so without having to deal with any kind of automated system or call tree or anything tedious like that, they just got my message, got back to me, and took care of my problem. These guys were great. I had trouble with a two year old unit. Noah came out. Found the compressor was bad. Blake check on the warranty for me and found it was still under warranty they got the part and put it in right away then done a excellent job. I highly recommended them . Great job guys !!!!

I've been using Honest Air for at least 6 years for house renovations, work of commercials units where I work and to service and or replace units at my personal home. They do excellent work, and I know I'm getting a good value as well.
I've used Blake in the past and this time Noah came to install a new digital thermostat. Both have been great to work with. Honest Air is the best around!
Awesome company. Second time using them. Very responsive, show up when they say they will, knowledgeable technicians. I feel they are honest about repairs needing to be done. Will definitely be my go to heat and air company.
