Had a appointment scheduled. no call no show. called the number and no answer. left message no return call. decided to call from another number and answered right away. Scheduled again and once again no call no show. called and left message and still to this day, weeks later no call back or anything.
Going on 21 days after not receiving a paycheck as a former short term employee. Left because of poor value from the company and now I just want what was owed. After 30 days of not receiving I will pursue legal action.
I have been using Honest Air first for duct cleaning at my rental units and more recently for serving my HVACs. I had a problem with my own HVAC, they gave me a timeline and was early! They gave me an assessment and helped me get parts under warranty. They charged me just for labor. Thanks Eric and Gio! Appreciate the work and now have AC that works!
I've had nothing but positive experiences with Honest Air. They installed my new system and added a second needed duct late 2017. They didn't try to upsell unnecessary things, walked me through everything, and the price was much lower than some of the big names that had also come out. They responded to a rattling sound today and were able to send someone same day to check it out. Giovanni came out and was nothing but kind and professional and it ended up just being a rattle from the external housing. Eric is also a great guy and responsive. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much! Great company.
Prompt, professional and on-time. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. The service tech I had (Gio) was brilliant. Found the problem and corrected it promptly.
Honest Air Care provided us with exceptional service and no run around. On the initial interaction, their representative heard our needs and offered reasonable advice to move forward. His expert, in-home consultation not only addressed our request for a full system replacement, but guided us through additional modifications to solve prior system inadequacies while being mindful of our budget. On the day of installation, their team was timely, courteous, clean, and professional. We're extremely pleased with the results and we would most certainly use them again.
Worked with these guys on a professional level on a few occasions now and they truly are Honest, if you want a fair and professional a/c company call them
I highly recommend this company for any A/C needs. Technician Gio showed up on the scheduled time and thoroughly diagnosed our problem with our A/C unit. He was completely professional and up front in explaining all the options available to us and he was very open about all the pros and cons of what we needed to have done. I appreciate his honesty and will always use this company going forward.
these guys are extremely dangerous. whoever drives their truck tailed my car on the freeway and then when i wasn't going fast enough, swerved in front of my car. put myself and my 2 month old child in danger. i would never call this service for anything seeing how dangerous they act on the road.
I had a scheduled appointment yesterday from 2 - 4 p.m. The technician could not make it. When did I find out he wasn't going to make it? 5:30 p.m.! I called the office at 3:30 p.m., but there is only one employee in the office, Eric, and he often does not answer the phone or return phone calls. He did not return mine yesterday, so I had to call the technician for an update. When I have spoken with Eric, he is always aloof and gruff. I almost feel like he doesn't like interacting with people or perhaps doesn't care about retail customers, since he is going for the big commercial projects that pay more. His lack of professional courtesy is apparent. I never even got an apology or any follow up with him after my entire afternoon was wasted yesterday waiting for a technician who didn't show up.
The most trustworthy & reliable HVAC service company I finally had the pleasure to find. I called them at midnight on Friday when my AC went out. There were no false promises to get a tech out to me the same night. Just a straightforward commitment to have a tech out by 11 a.m. the next day. & there was Giovanni at the door 11 sharp. Personable, knowledgeable & kind. I was sure from symptoms that I'd need a new compressor. Nope, he told me. A simple $100 total fix. He did tell me my duct system was corroding, collapsing in some areas & over all just too small for my Hvac system. He did some preliminary calculations & gave me a realistic estimate for the job. THEN he told me to "sleep on it~it's a big decision". He also said if I could hold out till September I might be able to get some discounts on parts. Tonight my AC is working, the dogs are happy again :) & I've have a new, trustworthy company to help w/ any future HVAC problems. If you haven't already, give them a try. You'll be delighted w/ their service. Wishing you all cool homes for the rest of the summer!
I called Honest Air Care for a second opinion on my failing A/C unit. I was given the window between 4-6pm, and technician Frank arrived at 4pm promptly. He evaluated the unit and did not try to do just anything which would be an additional waste of money for us, unlike the prior A/C tech from another company we had a week earlier. We appreciated his honest suggestions and will seriously consider this company for the potential replacement of our A/C unit. The price quote does not look unreasonable compared to what we have received so far. It would be nice if itemized quotes were provided via e-mail or in writing.
Great company! Very friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone that would like to get their vents cleaned or their AC Tuned Up.
Lance was very professional and was incredibly detailed oriented in terms of cleaning all the vents and the air conditioner. Lance called before he arrived and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and how the process worked. I just moved into my place and the vents certainly had never been cleaned.
Just had my airducts cleaned in January 2017, and the Lance could not have been more professional and through. Wonderful expereince, reccomend highly. Rare to find good people who do a great job.
I'm not sure how their services are but whoever drives the brown Chevy with a trailer [THAT HAS THE COMPANY NAME ALL OVER IT] at 80 plus on the I10 is a GREAT person to represent your company. Almost hit me twice and literally rides about 3 feet behind traffic..again at 80mph plus. Services are probably as douchey as the driver.
If your looking for a honest and reliable company who'a prices are a fraction of other companies, and does the same work, then give them a call. They arrive on time and are very meticulous and pay attention to details that make your air flow better.
I contacted Honest Air Duct Cleaning on a Wednesday. My husband spoke with Brandon. Brandon scheduled an appointment for Friday. Lance was right on schedule. He called to let us know he was in route to our home. Lance is very professional and followed through. He did a awesome job. My property is located right in the middle of the desert. Lance cleaned out our duct work and were breathing clean air again. I highly recommend this company. They came in did the job and the price quoted is what we paid. Thank you Brandon and Lance
I just had my ducts done today. Chris came out to do them. He was absolutely wonderful and so genuinely friendly and professional. He did a great job. The price was very reasonable and well worth every penny. If you're looking for good, quality air duct cleaning, I would highly recommend Honest Air Duct. I wish more companies did business as well as these guys. Keep up the good work!
