Wow! I am so happy with their work. Our furnace went out and they were able to help us in a heart beat. Their ability to work so efficiently was amazing. My 11 year old heat pump decided to stop working on the hottest day of the year to date (102F). I was referred to Todd at Honest Air by my colleague who goes to the same church and knows him well. I called him and left a voicemail and he got back to me same day. He was able to come diagnose my unit (failed compressor), and then work to quote me a new unit with increased capacity within 4 hours. Within a few days, he replaced the unit with a beautiful new outdoor unit. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received and the responsiveness throughout the process. I highly recommend Honest Air to anybody in need of residential heating and cooling needs.
Wish I had called Todd years ago. Todd is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We have a 12 year old "top of the line" HVAC system that has been nothing but a perpetual migraine headache since the day it was installed. We've had several HVAC company technicians try their skills at solving the "communication" problem somewhere between the thermostat and the heat pump. I could tell the techs were frustrated and we always got the same answer " you need a new system." I called Todd, now it was his turn. He quickly diagnosed the system and provided a solution. I was incredibly impressed with his "outside the box" thinking that provided us with an inexpensive solution. I looked him in the face and told him that I had techs at the house for the last 12 years who couldn't come to a solution like you just did. Anyway, I would recommend Todd at Honest Air if you have any HVAC problems and NO, I didn't get a discount or free coffee cup for writing this review. Thanks Todd.
When its muggy and 86 degrees outside inside temp at 75 is still to hot. My AC wasnt working today and I called Todd. I have used him a couple times last year and was happy also. He shows up replaced the fuse and all good. Happy happy happy.
Todd is a great technician, prompt and accurate diagnostic and repair. Costs are affordable . I widely recommend for and HVAC problem. I got a leaking and he not only fixed but cleaned the coils leaving the equipment in best condition Thanks

Todd was out some time ago just to go through the system. I took an interest in what he was doing. He was very personable and even though it is not a very standard system he worked his way through it. He left explaining some things about my system and followed up quickly with a quote on a new system that I had asked for. I opted to wait. When I called him this morning and let him know that the HVAC had quit working overnight he remembered who I was and he was able to talk me through what he thought the problem was. I located the part in town and had it replaced and operational in about an hour and a half after talking to him. It is the second hottest day of the year in triple digits! I'm thankful for Todd that he took the time to talk to me which got us on the right path to cooling when it would have been tough to get any HVAC tech on site because of the weather. Todd is awesome!

Todd with Honest Air lives up to the name of his business: honest. Our entire heat pump system had to be replaced, which is not an inexpensive project. Not only did his estimate come in at a reasonable price, but he also told me step-by-step what needed to be done. He worked hard, is genuine, professional and personable. If we're in need of any HVAC service in the future, I will definitely be contacting him again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. His work was stellar. I know that when I work with Honest Air, I'm getting the best.
Very reasonable and friendly I totally recommend
Todd really embodies the name of his business. Our HVAC stopped working and he was able to refill the refrigerant and get us going again. When it stopped working again about a week later he was able to find a separate leak to the fix he had done prior. Rather than just fix this one and leave he took the time to show and explain to us what was going to happen if we just kept patching this old unit. He was able to come back just a few days later and get a new one installed in a couple hours. He was very personable and we have already recommended him to others!
My hvac quit working, called Todd he came right out and found there was no freon in system.checked all joints and fittings and couldn't find a leak so he Charged system with nitrogen left overnight. The next morning the system was empty again. So instead of just replacing parts Todd isolated the heat pump from the air handler and was able to locate leak. Todd went the extra mile to find the problem in a professional manner. Very knowledgeable and great value Totally satisfied Would recommend this company.

This is one of the best companies my husband and I have ever worked with. Todd came out to give us an estimate on replacing our worn out air conditioner unit. He gave a very fair and reasonable quote and within a few days he was able to book us an appointment! The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. We were impressed with how they took their time to do the job right and made sure everything was in good working order before they called the job complete. We will always use and recommend Honest Air!

Not only did Todd come the same day, but showed up early so our lack of heat was fixed before the appointment time. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was. I was expecting to have to dip into our savings. If I didn't have a cold, I would have kissed him.
