Mark will do it right. He is the only HVAC guy I will use. He works on both of my restaurants and my home.
The best! So friendly and professional. He legitimately cares about people and I can tell when it comes time to discuss the bill, that it's his least favorite part. I've used Mark a couple of different times and he is honest and reliable. He gets the job done in a timely manner and follows up to make sure everything is running properly. He will always be my top pick for heating and air.
Trustworthy, honest, punctual, fair, and works with a great team as well. I have had Marshall of Hometown HVAC working with my (20) year old AC/Heating systems for the last decade or so. This week it was time to say goodbye to one of the units as too many repairs had already been performed, and like I said, it is (20) years old. Sent Marshall a text on Wednesday to setup a whole system replacement. He got back to me right away, had a team here that Friday morning around 7:30 am. The Dynamic Duo of Bob and Bryan were a joy to work with!!! They removed the old units, installed the new ones, calibrated all of the cooling lines, adjusted the heating technology, cleaned up and were gone by NOON!! I could NOT be happier with the system or service! You won't be disappointed with your choice to hire HOMETOWN HVAC!

Very professional and very kind. Really seemed like this guy knew what he was doing. Repaired my ac system and installed a new thermostat in less than an hr. Also very reasonably priced.
We've moved from Memphis area but I will te you that Mark Bailey is a great man and family man. He takes extreme care of his customer. Makes no difference when you call him, you are going to get top notch service and super rates. If we could get him to make a house call to our new home in Florida we would....he took care of our home heating problem and then replaced the ac unit.. he treats you like family.. you can't go wrong.

AC had gone out middle of summer I was out of town with work and my wife and kids were here in a hot house, he came out put a brand new unit in and helped them not melt lol. great guy, great prices and most of all hometown country guy I like him!!!
We were having problems with heating and air. And Mark immediately found the problem (and probably saved our lives from carbon monoxide poisoning). Replaced the whole system in one day for much less than I found elsewhere. Now we’re cozy comfy all year round. What a pro!!!!

Mr bailey showed up when he said he would. He seemed very knowledgeable on my ac system. He wasn't pushy on up sells like some other companies. Highly recommend

Mark was an absolute life-saver for my family. I had been dealing with a home warranty company and several of their assigned subcontractors for nearly a month, and I was in shambles. I contacted Hometown, and Mark personally came to my home and installed an entire new unit by himself within 48hours of our first phone call. I made the mistake of thinking a warranty company had my family's safety and well-being in mind, but clearly they and their subcontractors are more interested in money and don't care about what their delays do to real families in crisis. What I had been struggling with for nearly a month, Mark, with his bare hands, was able to fix in less than 48 hours. I cannot thank him enough for dropping everything else and saving my home and my family.
