Called my warranty company on Saturday and Homestead called me soon after to schedule appointment. They accomidated my work schedule and came the next day ,Sunday, early morning to get the work order done. Super greatful🙏
I recently had a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience with Homestead Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, their lack of professionalism was evident and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. First and foremost, their customer service was abysmal. When I initially contacted them to schedule an appointment, I was met with a rude and unhelpful representative who seemed disinterested in assisting me. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to answer my questions or address my concerns. This lack of basic courtesy was incredibly off-putting. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived late without any prior notification. This delay inconvenienced me and disrupted my schedule. Moreover, the technician showed a complete disregard for my property. They carelessly tracked dirt throughout my home and left behind a mess that I had to clean up afterward. This level of disrespect for someone's home is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's professionalism. As if that wasn't enough, the technician seemed ill-prepared and unfamiliar with the equipment they were meant to be servicing. They appeared unsure of what needed to be done and lacked the necessary tools, resulting in a prolonged and inefficient repair process. It was evident that they lacked the expertise required to handle the job competently. To make matters worse, the pricing was exorbitant for the subpar service received. Homestead Heating and Air Conditioning charged me an unjustifiably high amount for their unprofessionalism, lack of punctuality, and overall incompetence. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize profit over delivering a satisfactory experience to its customers. Normally I never post reviews. But the sheer unprofessionalism of this company prompted me to write this. I was assigned to this company from First American Home Warranty, who had told me I was scheduled to get service on Tuesday. By Monday I had not been called to schedule a time so I reached out to see what time they would be coming. The man was extremely rude on the other end, not letting me even finish sentences and responding angrily to any explanation I tried to give on why I was calling. It got to the point that I would not trust anyone that acts like that to work in my home so I simply said we would find someone else. Avoid at all costs these people don't deserve to be in business and there are plenty of better companies in the area.
