Worst company ever. Bad customer service and manager called me a spoiled brat one time I called about my AC repair. The ac guy states he tried to knock and call and we didn’t answer but that’s not the case. Then he wouldn’t come back out
Kenny was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He did a great job. I will recommend home service expect to all my friend and family. Once again Kenny great job men.
Good people to work with. They follow through with what they tell you. We had a hvac issue two other companies could not figure out what the problem was. These guys came in figured out what the problem was and fixed it. Thank you so much!!
This company has been awesome to work with. My heat went out and it was extremely cold. They came out the same day within an hour of my phone call, ordered the part and fixed it within 24 hours. Kenny was very respectful and friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
I just want to say that Mr. Kenny Mainer was awesome ! He was knowledgeable, courteous and kept reassuring me that he would get my heat back up and running after spending 24 uncomfortable hours in a 62 degree freezing cold house ! He explained what the problem was, did not take long to fix it and even showed me a picture of what caused the furnace to malfunction. I'd definitely recommend using Home Service Experts !
I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Home Service Experts. My A/C needed some more feron so, I contacted them and they literally showed up the next day. The tech guys where awesome and very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend their service to anyone with A/C issues.
Technician Kenny Mainer came to my house to check a/c and replaced TXV. Everything is working perfectly now. Got everything done in a timely manner. Very professional!
Manager is rude. Technician lied about coming to my home saying I was not there, when I was. VERY unprofessional. If I could give no stars, I would.
Absolutely the most unprofessional and worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. The people that work here speak in such a rude manner and do not care about their customers. The language used through their text messaging as well as on the phone is something I have never experienced with a "professional" company. They lied about calling my phone when arrived on site and knocking on the door. My roommate and myself both were at the home at the time. When finally getting in contact with the technician again they said they would not be able to come back and we just needed to get someone else because they have a busy schedule. I will never use this company again and will never recommend anybody to use this awful company for anything.
