Sam was able to come out to my home and recharge my AC unit. I used him last year as well. I will keep using Home Rescue Heating & Cooling and recommend them for anyone needing HVAC repairs! Sam is awesome!
During a winter storm when Sam himself was iced in and unable to make house calls, he returned our voicemail to let us know he was unavailable but helped us diagnose and fix the issue over the phone. That is putting the customer first! We’ll be sure to call him with any other HVAC issues.
Sam is always very helpful, our AC stopped working last night and I called Sam in the AM, he was 10 minutes away and came immediately, he jumped right in and fixed the unit. Sam IS the man. I put a request on Nextdoor of Hendersonville with my number and received a call on a Friday from Sam C. Saturday evening at 5pm he was at my door. He was prompt, professional and honest. Sam was kind and explained in layman's terms what was wrong with my unit. The unit was fixed in less than an hour. His price was fair and honest. I may need him for an additional service over the summer and I will call him. There are so many HVAC companies you see advertised on tv. and it can get very confusing who to call. I would definitely recommend Sam.
Sam came out and got the AC up and running! He explained everything and the price was very fair! He has a great sense of humor too! We will use him again as needed.
I was lucky enough to find Sam at "Home Rescue" several years ago. Since then Sam has fixed my old air conditioner and heating system many times. I had Sam replace my air conditioner this past Spring with a new system and he did a GREAT job. Sam is not only qualified, but treats his customers right doing the best job possible. I would recommend "Home Rescue" for your heating and cooling needs.

We found Sam Chrzanowski and Home Rescue Heating & Cooling by mistake, but turned out it was a great mistake. He is an honest HVAC technician. He has no problem to tell me he could not figure out the problem with my AC unit at the time, then promise to come back to fix it after he research and found the problem. He did come back in couple days as promised and fixed our AC unit and made sure it's running like it should... It has been 3 months now and still working fine... He is definitely our HVAC guy from now on.....

After several FAILED attempts from previous contractors ,our HVAC units have been serviced twice(upstairs and down) by Home Rescue. Each time, Mr. Chrzanowski, has been nothing but PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, COURTEOUS, and AFFORDABLE. The best HVAC guy in middle TN... I would recommend him to everybody. He arrives when he said he would and fixes the problem cheaper than any one else. For 3 years I had to call a HVAC repairman every summer to do the same repair on my AC, I haven't had to since he fixed it the last time. So when the blower went out on the heat, of course I called Sam and he was at my house that afternoon. Best HVAC guy EVER!!!
Sam was an actual SERVICE technician. Instead of seeing how much money he could make, he wanted to fix the problem, was honest, fair and extremely timely and professional. Will be recommending him to all my friends!
It is easy to give Sam the highest recommendation for heat & air conditioning service. My wife and I have called upon him only, over the past 15 or so years in two homes, each with an upstairs and a downstairs unit. Sam's response has always been very prompt. He has never tried to push for anything more than the necessary part or service. We have been very pleased with his work and his pricing. Sam is the best!
