Had a new AC system installed May of 2017. They had to install it twice because they installed the wrong unit. Installed 2ton instead of a 2.5ton. When I went to use it on year 3 it wasn’t blowing cold air. Had to call a local company because they couldn’t come out. They had to add 1.5lb of Freon. Home heating and air told me it’s normal to lose a 1.5lb of Freon LOL! Fast forward to July 2nd and air conditioner isn’t working again. Called them and they couldn’t come out until four days later. They informed me that the system they installed doesn’t come with a warranty. Had another HVAC company come out and they said the compressor is shot. Please look elsewhere for your heating and cooling needs. Horrible company that doesn’t care about customer and only the bottom line.
It seems like their team is made out of a pretty solid crew
Company seems pretty good. Especially during summer & winter months of the year, this is a very resourceful company & very reliable.
