Installed 3 wall units and 3 ceiling unit’s supported by 2 Mitsubishi splits outside. Competitive bid but excellent service. Clean, quiet, and very efficient. Communication was very clear between Peter and myself. From first walk through to estimate to coordinating, everything was prompt. We chose them because they had the shortest lead time and could be done in two days, also the quickest. Peter, Yuri, Roman, and Victor along with Peter’s dad (I believe) had the entire system installed in one day after I asked if they could get it done and not have to come back. They stayed until 7 on a Thursday night to finish. I waited to post this until the inspector gave the ok. Everything is great according to the city, and we are enjoying the system very much. We can’t wait to enjoy the summer with AC! The service was wonderful and I highly recommend using Home Comfort.
In spite of its tiny size, I and six of my neighbors hired Home Comfort to install mini-split HVAC systems in our condo units because the firm was recommended highly by a Mitsubishi equipment distributor and had received 5-star ratings from 11 of 12 Google reviewers. After taking 44 days to provide bids and sign contracts, however, Home Comfort's principal, Petr Mironets, reneged on all seven of the contracts. On his first visit the young contractor seemed responsive, confident, knowledgeable, and agreeable to the specifications and contract terms we were requesting. In the weeks and days before the start of installation, however, he became less and less responsive. He repeatedly failed to deliver bids and sign contracts when he said he would. He said he'd provide pricing within a week of his initial visit; instead it took him 25 days. It then took him another 19 days to finish reviewing the contracts and sign them. On the evening before the scheduled start of installation, we learned that he had failed to obtain the required permits and a send a promised drawing of the system. He also mentioned that he might not honor his fixed contractual prices. On the morning of the scheduled start, he failed to show up on time, had still not gotten one of the required permits, and abruptly postponed installation until the following day. On that next day, he showed up an hour late, realized that he was still not ready to begin the installation, and realized he might not even be able to install the systems as he had agreed. He postponed the installation again and left the jobsite. Later that day he abandoned all seven contracts by email, saying he could not abide by the terms of his contracts -- even though he'd had 48 days to review drafts and 9 days to review the final versions. It appeared that he signed the contracts without seriously intending to abide by their terms, and perhaps without even reading them.
Peter and his crew were very fast and efficient!!Best experience and would recommend them 100% to anyone!
Not sure if Peter is too busy to get organized, not sensitive to the time of others or not reliable.
Our friends recommended home comfort to us. They were super lucky to have an AC installed before the heat wave. We have to call many contractors to schedule estimate. Peter is most responsive and he came to our house and quickly provided us a very reasonable quote and the concrete plan that how his crew will install it and where the outside unit will be placed. I was very impressed by his plan as another company told me it was very difficult to install central AC and instead they planned to install the ductless for us. On the installation day, they came on time and installed everything as promised. Peter's crew did the job super professionally and efficiently. It only took them about 4 hours to finish the job. After the installation, his crew showed the unit and how to turn on/off the breaker and use the thermostat to use the AC. Greatly satisfied and would definitely recommend to our friends as well.
I’m writing this in the middle of the Seattle-area heat wave of 2021. If you’re not aware, record-high temperatures of 109 are predicted for this weekend. Of course, that’s the perfect time for our AC to conk out. We contacted the installer, and they were not able to get us an appointment for three weeks. An after-hours service call was available sooner (one week) at double the price. Desperate, my wife and I started calling every number in the BBB listing for our area. When she got to the Hs, she shouted out “I’ve got one!” Although I was skeptical, I ceased calling my half of the list and waited. I found it hard to believe someone would be coming “in about an hour”. An hour?!? Okay, I can’t wait to meet this mythical unicorn that will arrive to repair something within AN HOUR of contacting them. Peter did not disappoint. He showed up, diagnosed the problem, got the part, and by the end of the day (a 16-hour work day for Peter) we had working AC again. Disaster averted! EDIT: I forgot to mention, the whole thing cost less than the one-hour service call would have. I cannot recommend Peter and Home Comfort enough. They saved our bacon.
Peter and the whole crew were amazing! we got our A/C + heater units installed in 2018. The whole work was impecable. They accommodated to all our requests to have the most amazing work done while also been pleasant to the eye. We loved their professionalism and honesty so much that stuck with them for routine/preventive servicing in 2019 and will continue doing it yearly. Highly recommended if you want a company that clearly cares about helping you make good choices (they didn't try to sell us more than what we needed, in fact, they clarified and helped us choose one system that would be great, not underperformed and not overkill).
I highly recommend this company. During the unprecedented snow in early February, I decided to get a second opinion on my furnace issue. Peter was in Seattle the next day & in 20 minutes confirmed the problem. By the end of the day, he had responded with a quote to repair the furnace (his quote was significantly less than my #1 opinion) and the amount to replace the furnace. In that the furnace was 15 years old, after some thought & consultation, I decided to buy a new furnace from them. He said that it might not get delivered until later in the week (3 days) which I accepted. Peter called the next morning to say they could deliver it that very day. Right decision by me! - and the right company! I love and trust family businesses like this one.
Peter is a rock star!!! Home Comfort Heating & Cooling installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system with ceiling cassettes and did a perfect job. They even custom cut our wall mounted range hood to match our sloping ceiling.
Best heating and air conditioning business in the area I highly recommend this company if you need any work AC or heating work done on your house.
Peter is amazing - there are not enough stars I could give him or enough words to describe how happy we are with him and his work. Bottom line up front - Peter has all our future business, we won't waste time anywhere else. We recently purchased a new build home and called Peter to add A/C. He was fairly priced, very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately Peter quickly discovered a plethora of issues left behind by the builder but worked through each one impressively. Despite all the unexpected time it took, his number one concern the entire time was making sure we got A/C running as fast as possible and that the issues left by the builder were completely fixed. He always took the time to explain the process. And on top of that we had great conversations along the way. Most importantly, in the end I felt very good about doing business with Peter. He is someone who truly cares about his workmanship and puts his name behind it to ensure his customers are taken care of. The time he takes to explain everything and his overall demeanor instills a sense of trust. As I said he has all our future business, I won't waste my time elsewhere, and I'll be recommending him to others any chance I get.

Peter the owner was very helpful in helping us select the right furnace and AC replacement for our house in Renton. They were on time and finished the job as expected while dealing with some problems from the prior install. Highly recommended, if you want a family owned local company that offer you good prices. I was not paid for this review, just got good service.
Peter was very responsive and quick to resolve the issue with my main house furnace. The furnace was short cycling, i.e. the furnace was automatically turning off after a few minutes due to a bad limiter switch and the house would not heat up. Although it took a few trips to figure out the problem, he was very patient and ardent until we figured it out and repaired the problem. During the same time frame my barn furnace broke. Peter provided diagnostics and next day replacement of my furnace and worked with my home warranty company. Home Comfort Heating and Cooling provides professional high quality services.
