They never responded back after spending 1.5 hrs checking system and saying give us 4 to 5 days on a quote (no response after calling and asking for a yes or no on bidding). Sorry becarefull on who you use for repairs!

Our 20 year old HVAC system suddenly went out and we had to get a new one. I called several companies to get quotes. Home Comfort called me back very quickly and sent Dustin out the same day. He was very knowledgeable and super nice. He didn’t try to pressure me into making a decision right then. This was nice because the company that came out before him was extremely high pressure. After getting four quotes, Home Comfort was by far the best. We accepted their quote and they were able to come out pretty quickly to install the new system. Dustin and his team came yesterday to install and they were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Dustin!

Clinton was excellent. Very professional, proficient, and courteous. He explained to me what the problem was and told me what needed to be fixed before he fixed it. Awesome customer service! Update: Dustin had to follow up on my heating issue. He was thorough and did a great job explaining what was going on with my HVAC system and provided a solution on how to resolve the issue to avoid issues later this year when it gets hot. Great customer service!

I had my system serviced by the service tech Clint, who called before his arrival and was on time for his scheduled appointment. He explained in detail what he did and how the system status was after his service. My system was working properly and I was completely satisfied with the maintenance I had done on my heating system. I would highly recommend getting the cooling and heating maintenance service to ensure your system is properly maintained and runs properly.
