If you are looking for over the top service, Vic is the guy you need! This man went above and beyond to help me out. He is quick to respond, very knowledgable of different systems, and goes out of his way to help others! I can’t say thank you enough for the time and patients he provided! He will be the first person I call on the next job.
I was very pleased with Vic's thoroughness and technical knowledge. He also took time to explain the specifics of the climate system with which I was not familiar. His co workers were also diligent and polite as well. I am well pleased with the final result and would recommend him without reservation.
Vic was very responsive when our furnace needed replacing just before the holidays. He provided education about the system, options, and a recommendation based on our usage. His installation crew was courteous and respectful. Vic also followed up the next day to if all was well.

HomeAir installed a new heater and ac unit. I highly recommend them. I feel they went above and beyond with this install. Vic was great to work with and I felt he understood what we needed and recommended the perfect solution for us.

We were told (by another company) that we needed to replace most of our system and do 10s of thousands of dollars worth of duct work to fix our AC issues. I called home air for a 2nd opinion and they came and fixed the issues without needing to replace anything. System works better than it ever has. Highly recommend.
Vic is great guy who installed new furnace. He is very professional, on time and has done great job with installation and also recycling/cleaning the old stuff. His quotes are reasonable as well. In future I will definitely reach out to him for any of my HVAC related stuff.
Highest recommendation based on the excellent service by the owner, Vic. He is professional, punctual, reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my (many) questions to help us decide which AC unit worked best for our home. He and his employees arrived on time and installed our new unit - and made other adjustments to the air input area per Vic’s helpful advice - exactly as we discussed. We are more than satisfied with our new unit. Around six months after the install, during the extreme heat wave, we called Vic to ask about the heat’s effect on our AC unit. He immediately returned our call to provide helpful info to help maximize the efficiency of our AC unit in the extreme heat, which we greatly appreciated. In addition, he fit us into his busy schedule (still during the heat wave) to check our AC unit’s refrigerant and the output of temperature in our house to make sure it was working properly. Again, he was punctual (10 minutes early). Seeing that our filter was dirty, he also replaced it with a clean filter. I can see why Home Air is the top rated HVAC business in Morgan Hill!
Thanks to Vic at Home-Air From Initial phone call to the finished repair Home-Air Vic was personable and very knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend and use Home-Air again if I need them for heating and air conditioning projects in the future.
Vic made our AC replacement a priority because it was during a week of sweltering temps. He followed up install timeline and pricing as promised. He truly cares about his clients and would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work.

Vic is super professional and kind. He installed our A/C unit last summer - we weren’t originally planning to replace it, but he was very honest with us and explained it was the best option/would be cost effective in the long term. Since then everything worked flawlessly until we came back from vacation and the A/C wasn’t working. A quick call to Vic and he came the next day. The problem was someone had turned off the breaker. He was quick to diagnose and resolve the issue, and given how hot it is, it was great he could come out quickly! We will definitely go back to Vic for all our future HVAC needs. It feels good to support an upstanding family business.
Vic replaced two ducts in the crawl space of our house. He did a great job, and explained the process upfront. He was very professional, prompt, and courteous. We will definitely use Home Air again.

Vic is the real deal. I had an emergency A/c breakdown on one of the hottest days! My ill mother who is bedridden was suffering. Vic came out immediately without hesitation after hours. He was extremely detailed oriented, knew exactly what do do, explained the problem, was very professional, organized. Repaired everything on the spot including parts. My mother would say he’s a mensch. I say he is a blessing! Vic is the kind of service provider that sets the gold standard in every way!!
The service was outstanding! Beyond prompt and professional, Vic did maintenance and repair work but also showed me the before and after work performed plus educated me on my HVAC system of my newly purchased home. The A+++ was already there but my bank account just had a fraud situation and the check I gave him bounced!! He was very understanding while it took a few days to sort out, it was unfortunate and the situation was stressful enough already but his understanding is much appreciated. It’s cool to run into good people these days!
Good honest service. Used spare parts he had on hand so he didn't have to charge me for parts. Cleaned furnace for no charge while he was at it. Did not upsell unnecessary services.
Let me start that I was looking to replace my HVAC system of over 20 years, so this being a big purchase I retrieved about 6 estimates. These estimates ranged from around $9k to $15K. During this time I learned a lot (not professional level of course) about HVAC systems, different stage furnaces, seer ratings and condensers. My HVAC system is in my garage, one stage 80% efficiency and LOUD since the return is located on the floor near my kitchen. Each estimator that came did help with suggestions such as adding a second return on opposite edge of the current return or placing the system in my attic. Needless to say most of the estimators didn't account for actual issues that would have arisen if I gone with them. Home-Air was recommended to me by a family member and was told it is a small group of people run by the owner Vic. After visiting my relative and seeing the work he had done on their house (which is twice the size of mine) I decide to add Home-Air to my group of vendors. I made the phone call to Vic and he was a very pleasant and direct person. I explained what I wanted to do and he suggested a one stage furnace @ 80% which is what I currently had. He explained why that was his choice versus a two stage or variable. Vic also explained ways to reduce the noise I had around the return area. From my discussion with Vic, I could tell he had a vast knowledge of the HVAC industry ranging from installation to product choices. Vic gave a very nice quote which surprised me. Vic continued the phone conversation about why he doesn't like to oversell and how he is not driven by sales numbers. I choose Vic and Home-Air based on the quote provided, the positive reviews here on yelp, the work he did on my relatives home, and in part due to Vic himself. Vic came to my house and determined he could make improvements to my older installation area; while maintaining the cost within the given estimate. He informed me he would order the equipment the next day and would b
