Holmes Cooling & Heating has been servicing my AC needs for years with professionalism, skill & expertise. When the time finally came for a replacement, it couldn't have been easier. From locating the necessary equipment to preparing for and performing the install, Bart and team did a first-class job. Very highly recommend their services!
Bart and his crew were on time and did an exceptional install. Took the time not only to clean up but to educate me on my new system and made sure it was registered correctly. Such a nice guy that goes above and beyond these days. Customer service was a dream.
We have been using Holmes Cooling & Heating for years now. We just added a UV light to our ac unit, which they installed a few years ago. They do quality work with good prices. They are friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Holmes Cooling & Heating!
Bart came to fix my AC on a Friday night when no other company would even consider it. He was helpful and took care of me. A few month later i had another issue, that i caused, and i had no doubt who to call. Called him and within an hour he was out at my house and was there until i was up and running. You got problems, need help? Bart is the man. Highly recommend Holmes Cooling and Heating!!!!!!!!!! 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!
Worked directly with Bart and can say he is a GENIUS when it comes to this AC stuff! My AC went out and he was able to diagnose all my problems including some electrical ones. His type of expertise is something you don't see every day! HIGHLY recommended
We just had an issue with our a/c and I saw someone (in our neighborhood) previously recommended Holmes Cooling & Heating, Inc., so I called them. Bart was so helpful and walked me through a few things I needed to try before paying someone to come out. Fortunately, his first suggestion worked and our a/c is working again, but I would definitely use this company if we need them again in the future!

Bart is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He makes sure the job is done right and makes sure we understand important tips to keep our AC running smoothly. He’s also incredibly responsive. We called him and he responded in minutes and took care of our issue same day! So lucky for us since our AC broke on a hot summer day! He will be our “AC guy” as long as he is in business.

Bart installed a new a/c unit for us five years ago. The work was completed quickly, professionally and priced fairly. However, the greatest value of working with him is the brilliant, caring customer service he provides. If customer service is important to you, look no further.
I spoke to Bart Holmes, the owner. A total gentlemen and decent guy who answered all my questions about a replacement A/C Package unit. The kind of answers you would never get in a google search from his 40 years of HVAC experience. I would have hired him and his company but he does not service my area. He gave me some leads on who to hire in my area. They don't make them like Bart anymore.
Quick to respond with a phone call and service visit. On time, very thorough and explains what the problems are that need to be fixed. Fixes the problem within one visit. Fair, honest pricing and service.
We were new to the area, and needed work done, fast. To make matters worse, only our daughter (22) was at the home at the time. We called Holmes and hoped for the best. Our experience was better than our expectations! Not only was the work performed professionally, correctly (no problems since), and fairly, but Mr. Holmes was able to recommend other resources in the area, and even identified an electrical problem for our daughter and helped get someone out there to fix it. We will always rely on Holmes Cooling for any and all future needs

This company will bombard you with useless emails until the end of time asking for reviews. I asked to be taken off the list and whatever company they choose to use to help them get reviews is noncompliant
Annoying company, they might do ok work but they constantly notify you to leave a review for weeks and months after service. Really Dont recommend
I have had several different companies work on my AC units over the years that I have been here, but this company by far exceeds all of them for service and knowledge. It is a pleasure to be able to deal directly with Bart, the owner of this company. He is willing and able to give you an explanation of what needs to be done and options, if any, that are available. He uses only top quality replacement parts and deals only in top-of-the line AC units. His prices are reasonable and he seems to be able to solve any AC problem that comes up.
Fantastic! Bart was extremely responsive. He took his time, addressed all my concerns, and did not try to sell me anything extra. He gave me practical advise and next steps to make sure the A/C continues to function at it's best. Would definitely recommend his services.
I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. Honest, friendly and affordable service. What more could you ask for? Bart is one of the good guys who takes the time to explain the problem, offer solutions and not push expensive, unnecessary repairs. I recommend this company to everyone I know.
Our AC has been acting up for a while now, I called a few companies for prices. My daughter told me about Holmes Cooling & Heating. I called them & the owner Bart Holmes actually answered the phone. He was so kind & helpful to the point that he was able to talk us through our issues & help with a diagnosis over the phone. I'm sure we will need Service in the future but for now he saved us $$ and my house is cool again!! I highly recommend Holmes Cooling & Heating & am a new happy customer!!
