did a really good job putting my furnace in downside it’s very hard to get in touch with them as they have an answering service and they can’t ever help you with any questions.
This company was hired to take out and install an air conditio . They provided a quote and then when ut came time to rejnstall he charged her slither 200 dollarsto add freo . Heused her restroo. Put his diet hands on the wall and weeks his muddy boots into her house. He was very rude and unprofessional. Do not reccomebd..
Worst ever service, they have an answering service 24/7, nobody you can actually talk to. They say to " leave a message", but nobody ever calls back. I had a few questions about the unit they installed. If you can't get a followup to your expensive purchase, what's the point of using this company. Very disappointed. Not friendly, caring, responsive or reliable.
Professional and reliable
Called for ac / heat service. Heat / air wasn’t working. Come to find out a fuse in the blower motor gets shorted when the ac unit is turned on. Previous owners had it serviced by the same company a month ago....Was charged $150 to be told that for about 10 minutes of time, I understand it was a sunday emergency call, but 150$??? and had wet mud and dirt spread through my house. Thanks for legally robbing me. Not recommended will definitely be looking else where for future service.
Our furnace of 40+ years gave out on Tuesday. I left a message and Tim called me back in less than 2 minutes. Said he could be out in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, our furnace could not be repaired. He got us a quote instantly on a new furnace. Tim, his brother and dad showed up Wednesday a.m. and we had heat before 3:30 p.m.! Kind, polite, professional, courteous. All that and more. We HIGHLY recommend Hoernig Heating!
I have used this company twice, both were non emergencies, but he still was able to get to me quickly and fix the problems fast. He [Tim] is very honest and affordable.

I had a $98 coupon for service on my 20 yr old furnace & AC unit. I called Hoernig who came out today & Mr Hoernig looked at my furnace & said it was good, no maintenance done ? When they came out 4 yrs ago, they cleaned & vacuumed inside my furnace & that wasn't done today ? He then looked at my 30 yr old AC unit & told me it needed more refrigerant which he charged me $140.. This half hour visit was NOT worth the $98 I was charged to have both units serviced & next time will call another company.
Awesome company came out after dark to fix my old furnace. Came back the next day to finish the repair.
Purchased complete HVAC system. Very competitive pricing (based on obtaining 3 quotes). Extremely neat next day install. Made sure I had no questions and assisted in warranty registration with the manufacturer. Great people. Highly recommend.

Have used them before and was very satisfied. I tried calling this time and was told I would be called bask for scheduling and never heard from them again!
Furnace went down on coldest day of year. Hoernig replaced it the very next day. Also got a new AC system put in May. Everything works great. My Friends are telling me I over paid (7.2k for high efficiency furnace and average AC unit). I suggest get a couple of quotes and don't just go with the small local business thinking they will have the best service/cost.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone! My hot water tank needed replaced and they came out an hour later and replaced it. Awesome customer service! Good pricing. And good work.
Timely honesty great work
Had two visits from them and system went from operable to inoperable under their care. They should have told me my ac unit wasn't worth pumping freon into. I do not recommend this business! Now I am going to bake this summer when I could have invested in portable ac units.
Our 50+ year old heater broke down around Halloween. We called Hoernig, they came out to look at it & recommended a new furnace. They listened to my concerns and came the next day to start the job. They did a great job clearing out the old furnace. When they started installing the new furnace, they installed ducts higher than the original furnace ducts were, for more head room. They were very professional and only took 2 days to get the job done. Now I even have heat to my send floor! A few days after the job was done, the owner stopped by to check to see how the furnace was doing and to make sure we had no questions. It's nice to see a company that is not just concerned about the mighty buck, but about the job they did and whether their customers are satisfied. I would recommend this family owned business to everyone!
Service was pretty good but the prices are completely out of line.
Excellent customer service and excellent service. A new A/C unit was in and completed on second day after discussing best option with Dennis Hoernig. They will be our provider from here on out. Very truStworthy and so accommodating . 5 star!!!
