I have worked with Hobson Plumbing for over 5 years and 2 separate houses. They are very professional, they do great work and have helped troubleshoot several problems in an extremely timely manner including on holidays. I highly recommend Brett and his team.
I’ve used Hobson Plumbing now for a few years and it’s about time I give them a great review. I’ve normally had Brett out to do the work and he’s done great work. On time, and does the job right. It’s hard at times to find people to trust to do the job right, and everyone looks for referrals. Everyone should know Hobson Plumbing is exceptional. From those who answer the phones, to those who do the work. They don’t cut corners, they’re upfront on the cost, they give their expert opinion and are honest. Taryn is also very responsive to your call and schedules you within 24 hours. Thanks again Hobson and Happy Holidays.

I had a long list of plumbing issues because I hate calling for repairs: leaky faucet, balky shower controller, sump backflow valve leaking, outside faucet hard to turn off. Cameron took care of them all efficiently and completely (no problems after two weeks). This small company is friendly as well. They are in my permanent list of referrals for my friends.
Great service always! I have used them for several projects they are always professional, friendly, prompt an very respectful and courteous. Just installed my new water heater the same day I called them.

Hobson was great to work with - on time and on budget.
We've had the pleasure of having Cameron out to fix some outdoor pipe root clogs twice now in the last couple years. The first time was late on a Friday evening, and most recently on a frigid winter's morning a couple weeks back. He got right on rodding it out for us, hands and knees in the snow, which Im sure was unpleasant. Good, hard working dude that id welcome back (hopefully not too soon) anytime. I cant speak on the rest of the hobson team I guess but weve had two good experiences thus far and I would highly recommend them to anyone and to support a quality local business.

UPDATE: like 2-3 days later, the water heater finally gave out. So I called Hobson back: "hey guys, it's cold here, so let's get that new unit going." Brett came by and was like "yep, this thing needs to go! let me see what I can do." turns out the size we had (50gal) was/is getting hard to come by, so he came back and did some measuring "well... I can get you a BIGGER one!!" We agreed, and he looked at the schedule and fit us in the very next day. You really don't know how much you appreciate having heat in your house or warm showers until you don't have them... Thank you again, Brett and everyone else at Hobson. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A neighbor told me about Hobson "they're awesome, they'll figure it out and they'll fix it." and man, she was not wrong. When looking up the company to gather information, I noticed the name 'Cameron' on a bunch of reviews, so when I called in to make my appointment and was told "your tech's name is Cameron" that kinda made my day. I was like "oh good... if his reputation precedes him, he will know what's up." He did too... Cameron arrived and fairly quickly assessed the situation (these crazy water heater/heater things...) and fixed the pipe which wasn't properly attached, went over a few other things with me, answered my questions professionally and very politely (politeness goes a long way with me). I also asked him to have Hobson quote me a new water heater unit, which I'm currently waiting on, but based on yesterday's interaction, I'd say it's a pretty safe bet this is the HVAC company I'd call for anything I need for my home. Thank you very much Hobson.
Hobson Plumbing is the best! Prompt, detailed and quality work, which they back. Recently had a water heater go out that was located in a difficult spot. They handled, no problem!
Cameron was amazing. He went above and beyond what the job entailed and was very patient with an inquisitive 5 year old. This is not our first time using this company, and definitely will not be out last. Every experience has been stress free and well done! Thank you Cameron!

Hobson was very professional and helpful. We had a sump pump failure during the bad storm and they came out on Sunday and had us up and running immediately. The tech that showed up was awesome and explained the costs and we were pleased with value and quality we received. We called them back to set a toilet and correct some other issues in one of our bathrooms and they performed as expected with great value and professionalism. Thanks Hobson!
