Alan is wonderful to work with and very reasonable. We have used him numerous times for heat and A/C repairs and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and response time. We called him on a weekend and he came out on a Sunday with no additional fee to get us up and running. We will never use any one else!
On one of the hottest weekends this summer, our HVAC system quit working. It was over 10 years old and needed to be replaced. HM Tech Air & Heating was the only company that came out promptly and did the impossible by finding a new system and replacing it in a few days. Alan, our technician, was very good and professional. And Ashley, the person that directs all calls, is an angel. It has been 4 months, and all is great. Wonderful company.
Wanted to replace my entire unit, when I only had a hole in one of my line, valued at $3400. The AC repairman found a hole in the line soldered and charged the unit up and only charge $800.
