No REPAIR of the unit just a service call. He cleaned the coils and added freon and tried to charge my husband and I 2590 for the service. Ended up paying him 1290 for what we still don't know but he has been harassing us for further payment. He is a SCAMMER SO PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE TO SOMEONE TRUSTWORTHY. THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
NEVER, I repeat, NEVER use this company! Darryl was not only prejudiced, he also lied! He came out Dec 28th… at our appointment time… & checked my heat system. Stated he found the problem & the part alone, which he happened to have on his van, would be $300. If I waited till after the new year parts were going up in price. Replaced the part .. bc, what do I know about hvac & parts .. & charged $407 for an hours work. Come to find out the “good Christian man” lied about the cost of the part! The true code of the part is less than $20! When called he said it was bc he came out after CHRISTmas… this was not an emergency for me! He came at the appointment time he set! This man is a liar & a cheat! Never use HIS HVAC!!!

Absolutely amazing people to deal with, from the super awesome lady in the office ( Sandra) to everyone in the field, they are amazing. Great prices and amazing craftsmanship. We had our entire duct system torn out and changed then we went from a packag unit to a split system, I would not call anyone else to do our work.
Taylor has done multiple AC jobs for us and has always done, not only a great job , but also a job done quickly. They are very experienced and can explain things to you clearly and concisely. Do yourself a favor and let these guys take care of your heating and AC needs.
The problem I had with this company was on the work slip it had not cooling it was cooling that's not the problem I said it was the thermostat it would not go up down or turn off they wanted to charge me $225 for a thermostat with a lifetime guarantee warranty we all know thermostat all of them warranty or not goes out so I went to Home Depot bought a $60 thermostat and fix the problem.my self. I did not know that companies aren't that much money for thermostats! And that did not include the service call of $80
What a great group of kind and professional folks at HIS. They never make you feel like they are doing the customer a favor, but rather, work hard to earn and keep your business.
