I have to say I am beyond thankful we found Tom and Hinz Heating and Cooling. He went above and beyond to make sure things were well taken care of. He has knowledge and is a very honest guy with very good prices. He showed up when agreed and exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Do call him, you won’t regret it. I called and asked Thomas about having an April Air Humidifier installed into my home and he said no problem and was there two days later. He was on time, professional, explained to me what he was going to do, and showed me how to operate it after. Extremely knowledgeable. I am 1000% happy and will continue to use/refer Thomas, with Hinz Heating and Cooling to all of my family and friends. Update: called back and had a new furnace/AC installed. 10/10 would recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had Thomas out to do a repair on our furnace, while he was there we got to talking about a doing a tankless water heater. We have always wanted to upgrade to a tankless water heater and the price was right. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We now have extra room in our tiny mechanical room and unlimited hot water. Thanks for the amazing job and super fast turnaround.
Hinz Heating and Cooling LLC is THE BEST! Our tankless water heater stopped working on Tuesday. Asked for recommendations for an emergency replacement. We received 5 different estimates from multiple companies ranging from $5,000 - $14,000!!! Thomas offered to do it for $3500!! He replaced it on Thursday! TWO-DAY TURNAROUND! He communicated flawlessly, gave us a two-hour window, and actually showed up when he said he would! Work is flawless, left the electrical room better than when they arrived. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hinz Heating and Cooling LLC! 5/5 Will recommend them to everyone!
I highly recommend Hinz Heating and Cooling, Thomas helped me out after I thought I could install a thermostat on my own. I was able to do a video call with him and he fixed my problem and saved the day!! Thank you so much!!
This company was amazing. I needed a gas dryer replaced and they came out within a day. They were very responsive, efficient and did the job well. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects.
Incredible! Tom showed up and explained quickly what was up with the ac and his help was unreal. Fixed my central air issue that I thought would have to be replaced in only 5 minutes! Great job!! Helped me out big time! Reasonable does not describe... he saved me hundreds. Nice guy as well :) Go through him!
Thomas was very timely and quick to respond when our AC was not working at our recently purchased home. He was very reasonable with pricing as well. Would recommend him for any heating or cooling needs.

I absolutely recommend Hinz! Called and got same day service for an AC unit. Tom was extremely nice, professional, and pleasant to work with. Plus, the work was done quick. Honest work, honest price. We will definitely be using Hinz for our heating and cooling needs moving forward.

Tom was very flexible and worked with our schedule for our remodel. Was accommodating with the ever changing timeline and respectful of Covid precautions. Was professional and have a few estimate of the job. Very reasonable for price and was in and out in about two hours. He was fast and efficient. We were very impressed with his work- he didn't even need to cut a hole in the ceiling like others had told us would have to happen! We are very impressed with his work and have already discussed additional jobs with him. Definitely recommend!
We were mid kitchen remodel when we unexpectedly found a duct that had to be moved (yes just like the TV shows :). I quickly did a search and based on reviews called Thomas in a panic. He squeezed us in in between jobs to give us our options. We were frazzled but spent some time thinking about it and reached back to Thomas to schedule. He got us in very quickly which was amazing as we had exposed floors/ceiling we were trying to keep the kids from. He was on time, did the work quickly and professional and was very reasonable! Very pleasant and professional. So glad we found our new guy!
I cannot express how happy I am with the dedicated customer service (Tom) Hinz heating provided while fixing my unique dryer vent issue. Tom is VERY responsive and EXTREMELY professional. Great work! Fast, efficient and very affordable. I highly recommend Tom at Hinz heating and cooling!!!
Thomas Hinz at Hinz Heating and Colling is great! I wanted to add heat to my basement and he was very professional, responded in a timely manner, came on-site to look at my needs, and provided high-level plan with a rough estimate of cost shortly thereafter. It is also important to note he followed social distancing guidelines and wore a mask the entire time! Once he began working, he asked for my input to ensure I was involved in the design process, cleaned up any large debris, and gave good recommendations as our plans changed. (Yes, things usually change once you get in there) I would definitely recommend Thomas as he is professional and will give you a fair price for your current and future HVAC needs!
I have hired Hinz two times in the last year. Always responsive and does great work. You know you aren't getting the fluff of some of the bigger companies out there. I have already recommended to friends.
Had Thomas out yesterday to look at repairing my garage furnace. He tried replacing the mother board, but the system was beyond repair. Hey it was from 1982 so it lasted a while. He found a great replacement for me and expertly put it in today in record time. 5 stars all the way.
When my furnace stopped working he took my call late in the evening and made sure I could make it through the night with a space heater. Had me up and running within 36 hours with a new system in my price range and right before a holiday too. Highly recommend. Cannot say enough good things about this experience, and who has a good experience when their furnace breaks? Not fun to have happen, in the winter, but this is the place you want to call when that happens.
Tom was excellent to deal with; great communication, responsiveness and quality work. Highly recommend.
