Very friendly and fair pricing!
Doug is the best! He worked us into his busy schedule (the temps have skyrocketed this week) and got our A/C up and running again. Before he came out, he tried to help trouble shoot the issue. He is fair, honest and trustworthy!

I called at 6:30am on a Saturday, and Doug was at my house by 8am. He fixed my issue within 30 minutes, and didn’t didn’t charge an arm and a leg. I will absolutely be using the company if we have any other issues, and would recommend him to anyone!
My husband and I woke up to a very cold house this morning during a winter storm which included very cold temperatures! Our only 4 year old furnace was not working. I reached out to Doug and he responded quickly and was able to come out to our house that morning! He fixed our furnace and was able to save our super cold home on a holiday weekend. He also drove in tricky weather conditions, came on time and was helpful and informative the whole time! I would definitely recommend!
Doug was so helpful when we woke up on a Sunday and the house was 55 degrees. He was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us some things to plan for after he fixed our furnace and we will definitely use him for those future upgrades. So glad we found him recommended on a local Facebook page.

Doug installed a new Hot Water tank. It was a painless swap. It was quickly done. Doug took the old one away and the area was spotless after he completed the work. Also explained everything and answered all questions. He was very accommodating, quickly responded and on-time. Would highly recommend Doug and his company. Great guy. Thanks.
Doug was polite, effective, speedy, and reasonably priced. Gave him some initial details over the phone and he came prepped for the job despite my unit being non standard. Once on site was thorough and found some other ways to make my system more efficient. 100% recommend

Overnight our AC unit went out and Mr. Hines was very responsive to my early morning phone call on a hot and humid day! From call to repaired - 4hours! Very professional, communicates well and deserves all of our business. Great family man.

Doug does great work, and responds so quickly! Both times I needed him so far he came out same day and was in and out quick, with reasonable prices, and fixed the issues I had with my furnace and hot water tank. Highly recommend!!
Doug is a consummate professional, and answered every question my picky engineer brain could conjure. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it.
