My neighbors illegal fence contractor stepped/tripped/ or yanked my wires out of my A/C unit and forgot to mention it to me. 🤬 I called Hillcrest and Jordan came out within 30 min and diagnosed my system and fixed the problem within 1.5 hours (including trip to store to buy parts) VERY knowledgeable and VERY professional Told me costs up front and explained everything he was doing and even gave me some tips to help maintain system. I RECOMMEND HILLCREST FOR ALL YOUR A/C needs!!
Hillcrest has always given us excellent service. They show up on time. The service personnel they send are knowledgeable and courteous. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Our last service was done by Nick, who must climbed into our attic 4 times until he figured out what the problem was. I can recommend them highly.
