I cannot say enough good things about Eric! He was so thorough and fixed our leaking AC unit. He also took the time to clearly explain things to us, was a man of honesty and integrity, and was incredibly kind, helpful, respectful, and fair. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!

High point Hear&Air crew took care of replacing my AC unit. They made sure my ducts and entire system was in perfect, working order. Great prices that will compete with any of the big companies. But these big companies wont take the time to do as good as job as them. Highly recommend.

My family and I got home from being away for a week late on a Saturday night to find our AC was not working. I called a couple of places on Sunday morning, pessimistic that I would not get ahold of anyone until Monday or possibly Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). I was referred to HighPoint by another business, and Eric responded quickly and made time for me on a holiday Monday. He came and got our system running and was thorough in his analysis of the situation. He was friendly and got the job done. Not much else you could ask for. Highly recommend.
This company is outstanding!!! A/C was giving me issues late Saturday evening. Talked with Eric and he came out Sunday morning in the pouring rain. The service was quick. Eric is extremely friendly and professional. He explained everything that needed doing. Checked the entire system to make sure there were no issues, very thorough. I can not say enough about this company....I highly recommend HighPoint Heating & Air Conditioning.
Eric got us in on a short notice, came out on time, was nice and professional. Gave me a few options and didn't pressure me into making any decisions and let me take the time to call my warranty company and my husband. 1000% recommend!!
This business is a small local business owned by husband and wife. They were quick to respond. They were able to fix our ac to working status! Very kind people. I plan to use their service again in the future.
My heater stopped working in the winter and HighPoint was recommended. Called and he offered me an appointment for over a week away. He never mentioned any earlier appointments. Personally, I feel a week for an appointment when you have no heat in winter is too long of a wait. They are not for urgent issues maybe routine maintenance.
We had High Point out to install our new AC after checking with a few other companies. Eric came out and did a very thorough quote and explanation of all we needed done. He was on time, the work took the amount of time he said it would, and it was done very well. We had a small issue with the thermostat and he got out to help us out with it very quickly. Highly recommend them.
Came out pretty quick after I called to check out our furnace. Ended up replacing the furnace and they were able to replace it that day. Definitely going to use them again when it comes time to replace the A/C.
Our Heater froze up overnight & Eric informed us our condensate drain really should be insulated to help keep it from freezing up. (Definitely helps when you are experiencing below freezing temps) He Got us thawed out & back up & running 10-15 min within him being there with us. Answered any questions we had & spread some knowledge. Great man. Would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for the service!
Eric came out on a Friday night when our a/c stopped producing cool air on one of the hottest weeks this summer. He was able to repair our a/c and he stands behind his work. I would recommend him because he thoroughly checked over everything to make sure we had cool air that night and for months to come.
I called today and got service today. He stayed and worked to make sure my AC drain stopped flowing into my house. He caught items that didn’t properly work that other hvac companies never even checked. Really happy with the service.
I couldn't ask for a better A/C repair man.very professional honest,he care about the customers,it's no all about the mighty dollar. He brought the highest customer service I have ever seen in my life. He will be our heat and air company from now own.
