Shawn is very knowledgable and great to work with. He has fixed an old boiler in our house a few times and is always responsive and helpful. Goes out of his way to help in a pinch and a great local business

As you can see from the other reviews, Highlands Ranch Mechanical is fantastic. Shawn and team worked with me, to define my specific projects goals. When installation time came, he and his team did fantastic work. There were able to exceeded my high expectations on product quality, installation, and customer service. My suggestion is to schedule ahead a few months from when you want the work accomplished, because they are busy, but worth the wait.
Shawn was absolutely wonderful to work with! He responded promptly, was courteous, thorough and very professional. He is clearly knowledgeable in his work.
Shawn was honest and transparent. He didn’t make any sensational claims. He didn’t come across as a salesman. He gave me options to consider without me asking. And I was confident that he wanted to do things right, and not just make a buck. He also brought a competent electrician with him that I felt had the same values during the estimate. During installation, he showed up on time and did a professional job. He also helped me with a couple of other minor HVAC things in the house. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Shawn with Highlands Ranch Mechanical did an awesome job offering us many options for our new system and taking care to explain differences. When it was time for the job, he was so clean, courteous and diligent. We are excited for our new HVAC system and will definitely use Shawn again in the future for all our HVAC needs!

Shawn has now saved us in both the winter when our heat went out and in the summer when our AC went out! He is prompt in returning calls, makes time to come over, is friendly, affordable, and does great work. Highly recommend!

Took our after hours call, promised to fit us into a busy schedule, showed up exactly as promised, had the right part, and serviced our unit with care - all with a friendly, personable attitude that is hard to find!

My AC unit stopped working this evening and I called to see if there was any way I could have it fixed ASAP. Shawn answered and asked what was wrong and gave me an idea over the phone. Unfortunately he was already heading to another after hours call and was booked through July. I called 6 or 7 other HVAC companies that at the earliest had appointments 2 weeks out. After making an appointment with some one else for almost 2 weeks from today, my phone rang and it was Shawn. He said he finished his other job and wanted to see if he could help. He came over, was quick, and about 45 minutes later I had AC again! I would highly recommend Shawn to get your house cooling again! Friendly and professional.

Shawn took my call about a furnace issue at 8:00 pm one night when it was very cold. He came over within 10 mins, diagnosed the problem, gave me a temporary solution until he could come back and fix it permanently. He was professional, knowledgeable and such a kind person. He runs his business with kindness and caring for his customers. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC needs.
