Brandon has both serviced and repaired our HVAC systems. He does great work and explains what the problem is. When my system was down he was at my house the same day.
Brandon was called to re-install my condensing unit that I had removed so I could install a patio. Brandon was highly professional and knowledgeable. He was onsite for about 2 hours and had my unit operating in no time. He went the extra mile to install extra protections while installing my condensing unit. Very happy with the service and now, the friendship that is Higher Maintenance and Services!!
Ok. I have to give props to Brandon J. Jefferson of Higher Maintenance & Services LLC. He was recommended to me from someone in this group. I emailed him around 1 am in the morning and he called me around 10am. He asked me via text to explain my issue and to send pictures of the problem. He diagnosed the issue from the pictures and gave me a service call price. He told me he could be here today but had to get back to me regarding a time. When he called me back, he said he could be here in 15 minutes. AND HE WAS HERE in 15 minutes! He was very professional and explained what he was doing. He wore his mask and gloves during the entire visit. He even suggested how I could save money by doing some cleaning myself. He also showed me what to purchase to clean the coil. He offered to research the cost of replacing my old air handler. Brandon met and exceeded by expectations!

Awesome customer service!!! Needed an assessment on my furnace. Part was ordered and installed ASAP and at a GREAT PRICE (part and installation)!! This company is now and will continue to be my ‘go to’ for ALL of my HVAC needs!! They are simply PHENOMENAL!!!
Highly Recommended!!! I’m not one to review much but I need to share! Our family is Very grateful and satisfied with the service received. My gas furnace was making a loud banging sound that shook the entire house. I contacted Higher Maintenance for an emergency after hours repair. Brandon arrived quickly and was able to diagnose the issue and repair. He was professional and explained what was needed to repair and why. We are now nice and warm again! I have a business in DC, and had a contract with a very large, corporate HVAC company for my regular maintenance. The service I got from that company was expensive, the techs were often late or didn’t show up at all, leaving me to call and try to set up another appointment, and if there was an emergency they would “see if they could make it by next Thursday.” In the midst of my complaining about my HVAC company during a team meeting (as we were all sweating through our shirts), one of my employees suggested a friend of theirs, Brandon Jefferson. I called him that day and he was there the following day to fix our AC. I had a great conversation with him, and asked if he would take us in for our regular maintenance. From that point forward, I haven’t had a single emergency since that day, and Brandon has always given me great advice about what I should spend money on to keep my HVAC system in top condition, and what can wait. I can assure anyone out there thinking about using Higher Maintenance & Services that this is a group of honest, hard working people that are building their business on great service for their clients. I could not be happier that I made the change!
We have used Higher Maintenance for services within our company, JASINT Consulting and Technologies in Columbia, MD, multiple times. His services has included diagnosing and repairing issues. He has also performed routine maintenance for us. The technician, Brandon, is very "ALWAYS" knowledgeable and has no problem explaining any questions addressed. Because of his excellent work, we have referred him to our Property Management Company, to use at some of their other locations.

Higher maintenance replaced our 2 air conditioning units and did an absolutely wonderful job. Brandon and his team is top notch, professional, courteous and on time. Would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a top quality HVAC company.
