Extensive work replacing a boiler. Shawn was amazing. Quite evident he takes great pride in his work. The entire experience was very pleasant and I think he knows a little bit about everything. So great to see a person who was so focused on figuring out what to do, very capably doing it and then painting & cleaning up! He even came back after the job to be sure all was correct and that I knew how to work everything. Don’t waste your time and money on another vendor. For sure I won’t.
Shawn did in three hours what several other reputable companies weren't able and willing to do in three years: fully diagnose and resolve the problems I was having with my A/C. Furthermore, he was friendly and willing to explain the issues so I could easily understand. I no longer have any interest in contacting anyone but High-Tech when my system needs attention. High-Tech has my gratitude and loyalty as well as my full trust.
Tran is the very best serviceman I know. He can fix anything even commercial units!
