As a finance professional I know that great service and great pricing are like finding a unicorn. However High Efficiency Heating and Air Conditioning knocked it out of the park. All the way from being on time and prepared for my quote, to the great team that came out and got the job done, all the way around I was super impressed. If you don't call this team you are doing yourself a disservice.
I had a great experience with a ductless mini split install in my condo bedroom. Timothy was a great rep to be working with and I always felt he had my best interest in mind and was reasonable with cost of install/products. My install itself was timely and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
I highly recommend this company. They were referred to me by my HOA for our rental property. They recently worked on my AC unit. The customer service was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. Such a breath of fresh air to find an honest company. I plan on using them in the future for all our rental properties as well as our home if needing service. Thank you Renee, Duanne, and Wayne for the great service!
Great customer service and they showed up right on time. Fair pricing and had some helpful tips for the future. This kind of honesty is rare in the service business. High Efficiency came recommended by a friend, and I will be recommending them to others as well.
I would highly recommend High Efficiency. I have used them multiple times to assist my Grandfather when he was having trouble with is furnace. He was quoted several thousand dollars by a competitor company and when we called High Efficiency for a second opinion, found out it was just an $80 part that needed to be replaced. Their technicians are polite and efficient. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs!
We had a new AC system installed along with a whole house humidifier and a furnace to replace our 25 year old unit. Tim and the rest of the crew were great to work with. The service was professional and everything was handled in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. More

I think the work they do is great but just had a negative experience with them chasing me down to pay a bill that was a year and a half old. The tech had come to my 2 townhouse units in the same complex on the same day and I asked him to cut me a deal on the second one. I never heard back until recently where they want the full payment a year and a half later. I own 3 places and have them serviced every year and bought a furnace from them a few years back. You think they could cut me a break on a year and a half old bill that should have been discounted anyway. Just sayin'!
High Efficiency installed a whole house humidifier for us and did a great job. They provided options to address the unique design of our home and were able to complete the project in a day. They helped us program the "smart" thermostat and fixed a problem with our furnace that could have been a safety issue. The installers were careful and left everything clean and tidy. Tim, Kate, Mark and Craig exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them.
High Efficiency did a wonderful job installing a whole-house steam humidifier for me. I was pleased with the great communication as well. The technicians, Kate and Dale were courteous to my wife while performing the install in my absence. I will continue to use these guys for all of my HVAC needs!
