I contacted High Caliber Plumbing using their online message form regarding a non-emergency plumbing issue. I received a call from Matt the same day and he got me on the schedule within a couple days. On the morning of the appointment, Matt called to indicate what time he would arrive. Matt showed up when promised and repaired a leaking back flow preventer valve in my sprinkler system. Matt was very friendly and professional. I will certainly contact High Value Plumbing again if plumbing services are ever needed!

The owner (Ron), along with Matt and David, are all outstanding! Ron made recommendations on products that would work best in our home within our budget. He did a great job managing the plumbing project despite supply issues, delays caused by others, our remote location, weather concerns, etc. Matt and David completed all of the plumbing work necessary for our new home, from start to finish. This included installing a complicated and labor intensive in-floor radiant heating system. All of their work was very professional and they were extremely conscientious, polite, and clean. They made sure to answer all of our questions and provided excellent and thorough explanations. They are very honest people that strive for giving their customers the highest quality work for a very fair price. We can't thank them enough for all that they did for us! We highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again in the future.
Recently decided to upgrade to tankless hot water for my home. Contacted High Caliber and Matt got back to me right away. His Dad, Ron was out the next day to evaluate the job and provided a quote the following morning. In terms of the installation, Matt and David were timely, professional and conscientious throughout. I couldn't be more pleased with the system or the quality of work High Caliber provided. The next time I have any plumbing needs, Matt @ High Caliber will definitely be my first call!

I work for a company that is in the middle of a lot of renovations, and we needed a plumber to come and do some major changes in a timely manner. High Caliber Plumbing & Heating came and ran new water and air lines for our air dryer and air tank. We also had new water and air lines that needed to be added for our fabrication station, along with our eye station completely being moved to a different location in our shop. The crew with High Caliber Plumbing and Heating were dependable, professional, knowledgeable and they got the job done in a timely manner, which for us as a company is important, because delays cause us to lose hours of production and lost profit. I would highly recommend them to anyone residential or commercial that is looking for a group to get the job done right the first time!
I am a local home builder and found myself in a bit of a situation after a recent cold snap...very cold snap. An older property that our family owns, froze up and we needed help quick. Knowing how busy our local tradesman are, I was floored when Ron took my text on a Sunday and helped me diagnose the issue via text. He then contacted me again first thing Monday and his two sons were out here in just the nic of time. They tore into the issue and had me up and heating again in just a couple hours. Both Matt and David were professional, clean and quick about their work. Thanks Ron, David and Matt. Good 5 Star work.

I needed a new water heater and two toilets installed. High Caliber did the install and the work was top notch, completed in a timely manner and very reasonable. Ron gave me some great advice on which products to use. His sons did the work and they are very nice young men. Great company to do business with.
Yeah for hot water!!!!!! Ron is an outstanding plumber and super efficient and knowledgeable. He was great about returning calls and texts and found a way to get both our boiler expansion tank and our Rinnai replaced within less than a week of us calling even with an upcoming Holiday. Ron, cleaned up after his project and was very thorough with explaining our needed maintenance and how to operate the new machine. I would highly recommend Ron and David from High Caliper as a local and trusted company.
We live 1500 miles away from the vacation home we're building, so it was very important for us to find contractors we could trust to do the job on time and on budget. High Caliber Plumbing was top notch! This has been a process that started four years ago with foundation work. They were there to set the drains and have been there for each phase of our build since. I wish all of our contractors were as good! Would definitely recommend Ron and High Caliber Plumbing for anyone's plumbing needs! Thanks!!

Hot water heater pooped out on me on a Sunday, met Ron on Monday afternoon, and by Wednesday afternoon I have a beautiful new Rinnai in-line water heater. I can’t express my gratitude enough to Ron how appreciative I am for his rescheduling to fit me in on a holiday week. Ron is awesome. As a fellow tradesman, I will always use High-Caliber from now on. Thank you, High Caliber!!! 5 stars!!!
Had them finish plumbing in unfinished basement. They do great work and are super nice and good people! Would highly recommend for any plumbing or heating need. Great prices too!
Needed broken faucet repaired and Rinnai water heater serviced. Two techs arrived. One repaired the faucet while the other serviced the water heater. Both young men were very knowledgeable and competent with the repair/service. I would highly recommend High Caliber for any plumbing need.
I called High Caliber on a Thursday evening before a holiday weekend and they were able to come out (past Laurel!) by 1pm the next day. It took them just minutes to fix the issue I had created by trying to do my own minor plumbing project and I am so glad I called them.
