If you need a HVAC unit these guys are great! They helped us pick out a unit we could afford and gave ideas on how to finance . The guys that installed it were coplete gentlemen. They answered all our questions big and small . Comunication was fantastic they were always there to help. No pressure at all. If you are looking for a unit give these guys a shot. They will give you a fair deal. Brst customer service i have had in a long time.
I’m so confused as to how this company has 4.5 stars.. I’ve been trying to get my AC serviced since Aug 1st. I’ve called upwards of 60 times trying to get someone out to do the yearly maintenance on this new. $6000 unit. Also, as of recent the heat isn’t working on it. I have a family that has a disability in this house and they refuse to call me back.. beyond upset with this company. I tried to go to the company’s address and it is a residential address and the car park so close to the porch you can’t knock on the door. Go else where
Everything about the experience was first class. The price was very reasonable. Communication was excellent. The installation was professional but also very personal. Great people to work with. Highly recommend.
Jeremy has always been honest, fair and very easy to work with. Coley arrived when he said he would, very professional, friendly and explained the issue clearly. Quickly fixed the issue and now our air works better than ever! I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends. THANK YOU!!!!

We've used Hicks HVAC for a variety of work over the years. Most recently, we hired them to design and install a mini-split for our 2,400-sqare foot basement. Jeremy talked us through the design and patiently answered all of our questions. When we were ready for the installation, Jeremy and his crew were timely, professional, and thorough. 10/10 would recommend.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about these guys. We reached out to them after we received a very steep estimate from a large HVAC company in regards to a new heater kit and ductwork replacement. We emailed Jeremy, the owner of Hicks HVAC and discussed our concerns. He sent out Coley, one of his guys immediately who checked our system and ducts. Coley was super friendly and really just addressed our concerns. He gave us an immediate estimate on our heater kit and got in touch with Jeremy about the duct work. I love that they only fixed and addressed what we NEEDED to get replaced and fixed. The other company was trying to upsell so much that we did not trust them having our best interest in mind. Please always get that second opinion! We are so glad we did! I have already recommended Hicks to my friends and I am looking forward to working with them again in the future
Hicks HVAC did a great job replacing our ancient unit. It was a big job, commercial unit, and they pulled it off without a hitch. Jeremy was easy to contact and responsive. Thanks guys for all your hard work!
Hicks HVAC shows up at very timely manner. I have had them out to my house several times. They put in a mini split in my garage. That was one of the best investments. They cleaned all my ductwork in the house. They have soon up for several service calls. If you are looking for the job to get done right I recommend calling Jeremy.
I’ve used Jeremy and his company for many years and they always do a great job and are very honest. They recently installed an all new gas heat and AC unit at my house. It was a great price and the was completed even before lunch time. The unit is doing great and everything about the job was top notch and professionally done!
I give thumbs up to Jeremy and the hard working crew that installed my new heat pump. They came on time and worked together to get everything set up right including replacing some chewed up ducts behind the old unit. Reasonable pricing and they got everything level and looking great. Would recommend.
I had a thermostat installed by this company and I called because the programming option was locked and I was not familiar with the thermostat enough to unlock it so I could set the schedule to save me money on my heating and cooling bill. I called and spoke with the receptionist and they returned my call within two hours which was great. I then asked if they could help me enable the programming option. I gave them the type of thermostat and they said they didn't know and had to come here to look at it, which I assume would cost me a service fee. I immediately called Honeywell, the manufacturer. Told them the same information. In less than 5 minutes total (including going through the menu options) they told me how to enable programming. Once it was enabled it was fairly easy to program and I didn't need any more help. I just think that with something as simple as this, it should have been very easy for them to help me turn it on. I would totally understand if the unit wasn't purchased from their company but it was (even has their info printed on the thermostat). I'm not saying they are a bad company but they didn't help me with something very simple.

When our ac unit went out in our home we were referred to hicks hvac. We were very impressed with the timely response and quality of work. When we had a few issues with the newly installed unit due to the manufacturer of the unit. Jeremy and his team were responsive and showed up immediately until the issues were resolved. They never left us hanging. It's hard to find companies that follow through these days so it was great to see that there are still some that care and are proud of what they do and Hicks Hvac is one of those companies that cares. I do and will continue to recommend Hicks Hvac to friends and family.
I inquired about getting an estimate for replacing my heating and air conditioning unit. Jeremy called me within the hour and was out that same day to provide a quote. The price was very fair and he was able to get the unit replaced the next day. I highly recommend Hicks HVAC to anyone needing heating and air conditioning services.
I hired Hicks to service my furnace last year when the blower was having trouble kicking on. Coley was there that day and fixed the issue in minutes. He even did it at a discount because of how simple the issue was. I used them again just recently to install a ductless unit in my home garage/gym. They were quick, thorough, professional and priced fairly. Coley was there leading the install and he answered all of my questions. I have nothing but good things to say about this group, and I will continue to call on them for my HVAC needs.
I called about my heater not pushing any hot air after another guy from a different company said everything looked good. Colby arrived early the next morning and quickly addressed the issue immediately. Not only was he super informative but the pricing was explained with clarity. He got us up and running and threw in a coil cleaning to boot! A+++ highly recommend. I’ll be using this company for all my future needs.
