Abysmal experience through and through. Installed 2 PTAC units, they didn't install them properly and they were leaking massive amounts of water. Scheduled a repair tech, who didn't show up eventually got someone to look, who said a level 2 tech needed to come. He looked - the hole for installing a drain pipe in the water pan (if desired) was wide open. The solution? Cover it with electrical tape and then jack the unit up so it "drains" out - except it doesn't drain out despite being jacked up onto a tilt. Why - probably becuase TAPE won't plug a hole. its seems like an obvious fix - install the drain pipe, or close the hole with the kit they either have no idea what htey are doing (probably not, just some guys who didn't know much when asking questions that connect / disconnect the system). They refuse to fix it - do you really want to do business with a company who won't stand behind their work?
When he arrived he gently knocked on the door as opposed to ringing the door bell which was very considerate. He wore his face mask and put on his booties before walking down to our basement. He asked me what we were having issues with and proceeded to diagnose the issues. He removed and replaced the capacitor on the furnace motor and replaced the water heater vent motor. was very polite and professional and explained everything he addressed and asked if we had any questions. Very pleased with the results of the service
Techs were friendly and on time. Stayed late to make sure the air was working before they left for the day. Back on time the next day at got right at the furnace. Great prices, fantastic service.
Both techs were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Walked me through what there doing and fixed our issue.
The problem was identified, a part to replace the broken part located and reinstalled within 3 hours of when I first contacted the company. Thank you for the prompt and pleasant service.

The install was quite difficult but he managed do it while not charging any extra for the complexity. Will definitely use and recommend his services again in the future.
VERY SHADY - These guys are not to be trusted. Scratched my floor installing an AC unit then ghosted me when i asked for their insurance information. Can't imagine them ever complying with a warranty so good luck with that.
Horrendous service and quality - installed 2 new PTEC units, both leaked extensively. One so bad the wood floor needs to be replaced. They effectively refused to fix the problem / leak correctly. They also have 5 different shell companies and keep cycling them when the bad reviews prop up (do a little googling and you'll find some of the others, address in manhattan, and a few in queens). They installed 2 AC's both of them leaked badly and ruined the floors. They wasted time scheduling someone to come service it, giving that standard 3-4 hour window (after lot sof phone dodging, hanging up on you etc). Appointment time came, no one showed up.... More ignoring calls, hanging up, finally they agree to send someone again (why is it so hard to get someoen to come look at the incorrect install on a brand new PTEC?). ASK YOURSELF - do you want to hire someone who won't service or address their mistakes? Tech comes - 'oh, I can't do anything I need a level 2 tech' Its pretty obvious whats wrong, the drain pan in the back has an opening for a pipe to be installed, either needs to be sealed off or a drain installd, its not rocket science. Level 2 tech comes out, and he just jackes up the whole AC insert so it drains outside, but refused to attach an actual drian, or seal the drain pan opening. Pure imbiciles who have zero clue what they are doing. They send people who have no experience outside of, unscrew these ones, slide the machien in, and screw these bolts down. Resused to deal with the problems they created despite me sending them pictures of all the water leaking out of the machine. edit: also notice how they've gotten 20% of their reviews in the last 1 week
Very happy with the service! Our broken HVAC is finally working. After trying many HVAC technicians ,staff is the only one who was able to fix our system. Highly recommend!!!

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night and we are not current customers but we will be! Called them at 9am and they had someone to our house within 2 hours and repaired our unit and we are now back to having AC all before 11:30am. Great customer service from start to finish. The receptionist and service tech were a pleasure to work with and we would 110% recommend this company
